Happy Trails Retreats – Cozy Loon Mountain Escape

Welcome to our newly renovated 504 sq ft condo, located just 1.3 miles from Loon Mountain. This cozy mountain retreat comfortably sleeps up to five guests and offers beautiful river and mountain views from a private balcony — the perfect setting for a relaxing White Mountains getaway. During ski season, enjoy the convenience of a free shuttle to the slopes, making your mountain adventure easy and stress-free.

The open-concept living area features a contemporary kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a granite island with seating for four, and all the cooking essentials you need. The living room sofas convert into a queen and a twin pullout bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. Guests will also enjoy air conditioning, cable TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi for comfort and connectivity.

The private bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, offering a peaceful space to unwind after a day outdoors. Step out onto the balcony to take in scenic views of the East Pemigewasset River and Loon Mountain’s South Peak — and wake up to the calming sound of the water flowing below.

Your stay includes full access to the resort’s year-round amenities, such as an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and a family-friendly game room. In warmer months, guests can enjoy the seasonal outdoor pool, BBQ area, and picnic space. Coin-operated laundry facilities are also available onsite.

Resort amenities are open Sunday through Thursday from 9am to 9pm, and Friday through Saturday from 9am to 10pm.

Whether you’re visiting for skiing, hiking, foliage, or simply a peaceful mountain escape, this condo provides a comfortable and convenient home base in the heart of Lincoln.

For our family of four up for a quick ski trip, it was perfect! Ease of the shuttle, walking distance to some restaurants, and entertainment for our kids with the pool and game room, made it relaxing, easy and fun. I also loved the roaring river in the back, what a lovely sound to wake up to!

Our stay at Shirley’s condo was truly a great experience. The Loon mountain Lodge facilities offered us plenty of things to do after skiing. Arcade room, pool and a welcoming common area allowed us to catchup as a family. The condo itself is bigger than the pictures portray, and is clean and well equipped. Laundry and ski tuning area were welcomed bonuses. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay on July 12th. It was short and sweet but it was really great! Shirley was very helpful and was very quick to respond to questions that I had prior to and during the rental process. Shirley even let us check in 20 mins early as we were in the Lincoln, NH area prior to 4:00 pm. The rental itself was also very nice. It was clean and well taken care of and we appreciated the attention to detail from Shirley and the housekeeping staff. We would really love to stay here during our next trip.
