Genießen Sie unser Haus weg von zu Hause auf dem Meer! eine vollständige und wunderbar umbauen - HPS 3C wurde von den Wänden und Böden zu den Möbeln, Geräten, Zähler und Bad Zimmer komplett renoviert. Die große direkt am Meer Balkon mit Adirondack Stühle für den Morgenkaffee, und Barhöhe Adirondack Stühle für Cocktails am Nachmittag ist ein absolutes Vergnügen. Das komplett renovierte Küche ist ein Koch der Traum. Das Master-Schlafzimmer ist eine Oase der Ruhe und Komfort, mit einem völlig eigene geflieste Master Dusche, mit Bank, die einen Blick auf das Meer durch die klare Glastür hat. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten bis 4 Personen schlafen. Zwei weitere Gäste können sich auf der Queen Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer untergebracht werden. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen 54 "Smart TV an der Wand mit einem versteckten DVD-Player, und beide Schlafzimmer haben auch Smart-TV. Genießen Sie den Pool in High Point Süd oder verbringen den Nachmittag am Strand und entspannen auf dem Balkon für den späten Nachmittag Getränke, bevor Sie sich zu genießen OC Nachtleben. We really enjoyed our time and the accommodation. It was our first time in the area and believe this was one of nicest accommodations Really good view and we greatly enjoyed the beach. We intend to stay again in the future. Just make sure you don’t forget to bring your own linens. Highly recommend.

Fun family vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation in OCMD to celebrate July 4th with friends. We had friends staying in other units in the building. Our unit was clean, and welcoming and had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was so convenient to be right on the beach and have a pool to swim in when we wanted a change of scenery. We would love to come back to this property again!

Family Vacay

A beautiful well appointed condo. We had family staying in another condo on the same floor. The arrangement worked out beautifully for us. Sleeping to the sound of the waves then waking to a beautiful sunrise each morning was magical. The oceanfront location and easy access to the beach and pool are perfect for families with little ones. We will be back.

Mother’s Day getaway

Owners were absolutely wonderful and friendly! Anytime I had questions, they responded VERY quickly and were thorough. Check in and check out was very simple. The condo was gorgeous, no detail went unnoticed by us. A plus for us was that it was near two bus stops so we were able to quickly hop on and go where we wanted. Would highly recommend this property, we cannot wait to stay here again!! Thanks so much!

Lovely Condo in OC

We had a really fun stay in Ocean City. The condo is centrally located and just as pictured. It's very comfortable and well laid out to use the space and provide privacy for both bedrooms. The kitchen is very well outfitted and the dining and sitting area are really nice. The view is lovely and we enjoyed the breezes off the ocean and sounds of the waves. We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect ocean view

We've stayed at dozens of places and this is one of the nicest. Great ocean view from the covered extra-large balcony on the 3rd floor. Even with sketchy weather, this is the perfect spot to just sit and enjoy the ocean. Description understates how clean and well appointed the unit is. Easy check-in and out, owner is super responsive and accommodating. Located in the northern end of OC, so a bit less traffic, but still close to the attractions and restaurants. Beach is literally a minute's walk from the unit. Would recommend for couples or families. Definitely would stay again if we return to OC in the future.

This was our 3rd time staying here and we love everything about it. From the open communication with the condo owners to the “like home” feel and of course the views. We had a minor issue with the door and the owners had someone come same day and resolve the issue. We will be back for #4 next summer.

The condo was beautifully decorated with upscale amenities and gorgeous views!

We have stayed at High Point South for over 30 years and this unit was by far one of the nicest! The renovation was well thought out providing beautiful ocean views throughout the main living area and front bedroom. Everything from the flooring, kitchen appliances, wall colors and decor went with the perfect beach vacation. We can’t wait to stay here again. Even providing the storage for our beach chairs was so convenient. Thank you John and Maura for making our vacation so enjoyable.

We live in Myrtle Beach and purchased HPS 3C in June, 2015. We have another property in St. John, USVI, that we rent and share with our children.

We completely renovated the entire unit. It was truly a labor of love. We took everything down to the studs, and rebuilt from there. We outfitted, and decorated the unit as if it was our permanent home - in fact, it's nicer than our permanent home!

We hope you will enjoy our Condo as much as we do.

Everything is tastefully designed to not look at all like a "typical rental" There are a multitude of books, movies, and games for you and your family to enjoy. The main living area has a wall-mounted 54" Smart TV, and both bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted Smart TV's. The Master Bedroom is a tranquil oasis that is truly relaxing - enjoy the sound of the ocean while you fall asleep. The Master Shower is fully tiled with a clear glass wall/door where you can view the ocean while taking a shower. The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped to cook any meal you desire. The balcony is an exquisite location for enjoying morning coffee, and afternoon cocktails. The table on the balcony allows you to enjoy your meals outside. You will truly feel like you are staying in an upscale property when you choose HPS 3C.
