Amenities
The Carolina features a (seasonal) outdoor pool and grills on the oceanfront. There is an elevator to get to your room comfortably. This condo offers stunning ocean views from its 6th-floor balcony, with easy beach access just steps away. Located near attractions, shops, and restaurants, it’s perfect for families seeking either a relaxing retreat or an exciting getaway. An on-site washer and dryer are located in the building as well.
Living Room
The living room provides cozy, comfortable seating, ideal for relaxation and unwinding. The couch is also a queen sofa bed.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with essentials, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals. A Keurig coffee maker is available for that early-morning boost you may need to get Vacation going.
2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms
Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, ensuring a restful and peaceful stay. The bathrooms are stocked with all necessary essentials for your convenience.
-Parking is available at the Condominium for 1 car.
The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check-in day around 4 pm.
Motorcycles, trailers, or commercial vehicles are not allowed
We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!

A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. You'll be within walking distance of the beach and have easy access to it.
This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
**We do not provide a daily linen service.**
We will have 1 parking pass for our guests upon arrival.
We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:
