The master suite serves as a luxurious retreat, complete with a spa-like ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower.

The focal point of the backyard oasis is a stunning pool, perfect for year-round enjoyment. A covered outdoor kitchen and dining area offer a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living, making it perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing with family. Heated pool is only available in the winter with a $50/night pool heating fee.

The home is located on the east side of I-45 with a quick access to the freeway.

HOUSE RULES:
- No noise after 9PM. This is the most quiet neighborhood with strict HOA. Neighbors will complain and call patrol/ police for any noise disturbance after 9PM
- Swim at your own risks. Please supervise your kids at all times when they use the pool or are near the grill.
- 8 parking spots. DO NOT park on the street.
- Pet fee $150 per stay. Two pets maximum.
- NO STUDENT/ DISRUPTIVE PARTIES. NO EVENTS ALLOWED. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- In the event of undisclosed pet(s) and/ or gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund
- No smoking. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- No illegal substances nor activities allowed on the property.
- No noise after 9PM.

POOL RULES:
- Pool hours: 8 AM - 9PM
- Heated Pool and Hot Tub are only available in the winter with extra $50/day
- Guests assume acknowledge the presence of a pool on site and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18.
- Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained
-Enjoy the swimming pool but swim at your own risk. No running, diving, or any type of the glass in the pool area. No children swimming without adult supervision.

BUGS & WILDLIFE Disclaimer:
Please understand, we are in close proximity to greenery. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but limited to: deer, birds, bees, mosquitos, spiders, ants, crickets, palmetto bugs, tree roaches, rally polies to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We DO spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control Mother Nature, and therefore, we DO NOT refund if encounter her business during your stay. Thank you.
