Guests will receive a unique 4-digit access code prior to arrival for the private entrance. The building also offers a shared hot tub, ski storage, and complimentary parking for one vehicle. You will receive a text message from the property manager, PMI Breck, the day before arrival with your check-in instructions and guest guidebook.

This is near ski-in access with Four O'Clock Run just on the other side of the road, but ski conditions may vary depending on the weather. The hot tub is available seasonally for your relaxation, and laundry facilities are located on-site.
