Diese Wohnung ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite vom öffentlichen Zugang zum Strand und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einer Vielzahl von Restaurants und Geschäften. Es gibt einen großen beheizten Pool, von der Straße durch Privatsphäre Fechten ruhig. Es gibt Liegestühle für die Bräunung und eine Tiki-Hütte im Schatten zum Entspannen.

This property was what we were looking for in our vacation. It is right across the road from the beach as well as a pool for the property. Madeira Beach is a quiet location so do not expect a lot of night life in close walking distance however Johns Pass is close by for suppers and shopping.

Great Stay

We stayed for a long weekend and loved it! Excellent location and great, friendly management. The whole place is very clean and comfy. The kitchen is very small so space is limited, but we only cooked once. I would definitely stay here again.

We really liked that the place was across the street from the beach and had a pool as well. It was pretty quiet even though it is close to main road. We found it a little dated, but was sufficient for our needs. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, but at the end of the day, it was nice to have a sitting area separate from the bedroom.

Called ahead for an early check in but upon arrival the unit was not ready, dirty dishes in the sink, etc. They did replace the coffee machine and brought a hair dryer. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Sofa bed unacceptable

Everything was great. Except the sofa bed mattress was so old that there was no padding and the springs were practically exposed. I contacted the property manager and they immediately provided me with a brand new air bed.

Not a happy sleeper

This place is outdated, in need of repairs and serious cleaning. Musty odor, damp furniture, not enough bath linens, etc. I could go on and on. lt was not a place I could recommend.

Great economical place

We booked #9 on a spur of the moment trip not really expecting much. The condo is just as pictured and perfect for our little family. We have 2 small kids and the pull out bed was great for them. The condo was right across the street from the Public beach access. The king size bed was very comfortable. That's not normally the case in rentals :) The only down side was the parking and it was a minor inconvenience. The spots are tiny and if someone had a large truck or if they didn't park exactly correct, getting in and out of the car was a challenge. Overall I would definitely recommend Tropic Breezes and hopefully we will be back!

Convenient little condo, great pool, easy beach access!

Overall, the property was great. However, the first impression, when we opened the door to the unit, there was a strong, stale smoke odor. We tried to open windows and doors as much as possible to air it out. But our clothes and masks absorbed the odor, which we noticed whenever we went out. Cleanliness could have been better. There was a dirty sock left under the bed. Also, a few minor fixes are needed. There were a few missing blind sections, from the vertical blinds in the bedroom. So much so that I didn't feel comfortable in there at night, with people able to peek in. We ended up hanging a sheet over the window for privacy and security. But the king-sized bed was super comfortable. The shower was nice. The living room was nice to hang out in. The pool on the property was excellent! My kids loved swimming in it every day! Beach access was also super easy, with the cross-walk just a block away. At first I wasn't sure about having the Speedway gas station right next door to the property. But it ended up being convenient for a few things we forgot at the grocery! The property location is also very convenient (a short drive or moderate walk) to lots to do!! Overall, very happy with our stay and we would stay there again! The other residents there were also very friendly!

We have also spoken to housekeeping about the problems you mentioned. We are rectifying the problem with the blinds. Very close to beach. Beautifully clean pool. Quiet, and walking distance to few restaurants. Needs a few hooks or something to hang things such as robe etc. No place to dry swim suites except outside on chair at door. Could use more lighting. Over all great place to stay. Relaxing stay!

The apartment was well appointed. Bed very comfortable. We had just about all the utensils we needed. More than enough stuff in kitchen. Even beach stuff was there in the closet! Great, clean pool. Cozy Condo Near Beach

Nice small condo in old motel setting with heated pool and laundry. Beach entrance right across the street! Neighbors were mostly retirees and well-behaved. Central air and king size bed were a plus. Would book again, good deal and worth it to be so near the beach.
