Our records show the prior guest had no access concerns, and while your check-in occurred later in the evening than most, we are glad you were able to reach my husband and gain entry shortly after. We are a small owner-operator and aim to provide a clean, comfortable, and good-value stay, and we consistently work to ensure the home is well maintained and accurately represented in our listing. The heater was verified to be operating properly both the day of your arrival and again after your departure. Additional blankets are provided for guest comfort. Cleanliness is very important to us. The home is thoroughly cleaned between each stay, and we will review your note regarding the couch to ensure nothing was overlooked. We appreciate you bringing the shower concern to our attention and will be inspecting it. This is the first complaint received. Following the heavy rainfall on your arrival date, we will also review outdoor surfaces and address any areas that may require attention.
