The perfect place for the 1st weekend of the Coachella Valley music festival. Large bedroom with King bed and its own TV. Nice, comfortable living room with large TV, fireplace and a queen-size Sofa pull-out bed. Full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit. Nice size dining area that sits 6 people or dine on the patio over looking the resort or a lush fairway. The 2-room bathroom has a large shower stall in one room and a whirlpool tub in the other with a sink and counter in both rooms.

Note this listing has a 4-night minimum rental period and the only check-in day is on Friday, the 10th, which is the 1st day of the rental period. However, if you wish to spend an extra 1 to 3 nights starting on Tuesday after the weekend music festival, the rental for each of those nights is only $78. If interested, please let me know and l will make the arrangements with VRBO. Disregard the price stated on the calendar as the $78 price is only for the occupants of the first 4 nights.

The resort has 7 pools some with jacuzzis nearby, barbecue pits galore, a golf course winding throughout the property, a convenience store, miniature golf, tennis courts, pickle-ball, ping pong tables, a large kid's place with arts & crafts, two work-out locations with one open 24 hours.

A mile away is a beautiful super market and then another 2 or 3 miles to downtown Palm Desert with all of its chic shops, restaurants and even dancing at some of the bars and clubs. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. From Palm Desert, take a 20 -25 minute drive down the famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs. Then another 25 miles to a casino right next door to the outlet mall. At this time of the year, the classy resorts like this one are very popular.

Most of the buildings are 3-stories meaning they have elevators so no limitations for wheelchair folks and the elderly. Shuttle bus takes you back and forth to the music festival. (Check with the concierge for the shuttle schedule.)
