This beautiful LAKEFRONT 3BR/2B CONDO (1896 sq. ft.) is yours to enjoy. Breathtaking views, wrap around deck, fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and all the comforts of home. Included in your reservation is use of the indoor water park, Boji Splash, outdoor pool, fitness center, and basketball court. Your reservation includes six daily passes/entrance to the the Boji Splash waterpark, pool, and swim-up bar. The condo also includes use of the boat hoist...just steps outside the condo. The private boat hoist available fits a boat under 26' and under $6,000 lbs. (No pontoons) This condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the lake. It is on the lakefront end of the building, with a view from the living room, kitchen, dining area, and master bedroom that must be seen to appreciate.
You will comfortably sleep 8 guests with the primary bedroom offering a king size bed and on-suite bathroom. Guest Bedroom provides a queen bed and the third bedroom offers a queen size bed and twin over twin bunk beds. You can sleep additional guests on the blow-up queen mattress in the living room.
The ELEVATOR to the underground garage is conveniently located outside the condo entrance along with the dedicated underground private parking spot for this unit.
There is one dedicated parking space in the underground garage and additional spaces in the above parking lot.
Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply with various channels.

This amenity provides you quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only dye-free soaps assuring all guests a comfortable stay. With all Okoboji Vacation Co. properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special, with a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner packets, face bar soap, 5 garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, concierge and access to our Host Store. (make arrangement if you think your group will need more than provided in the starter pack) We also offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Need a pack n’ play or toddler cot, pack of bottled water, firewood, etc? These are available for a small additional fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.
