The Space:

Located in the desirable community of Freedom Village, this home puts you in an ideal location to take advantage of the southern Utah scene. Resort living provides you with ample fun-filled guest amenities that the whole family will be sure to love. You are also close in location to the state and national parks that the region is best-known for. Back at the home, the entertainment continues with ping pong table in the garage and foosball table in the upstairs loft. Outside on the home’s patio, the grill master in your group will be delighted by the included grill, and you can dine al fresco under the stars at the outdoor table with seating for 4.

Spread out across two floors, the generous open floor plan combines space with connectivity, giving your group room to move around while bringing you back together for memorable moments. The first-floor living area provides comfy sofa and armchair seating with views to the outdoor patio as well as the mounted smart TV. Continue to the dining room where you’re met with an elegant dining room table and chairs with seating for 5. Additional seating for 4 can be found at the kitchen counter with creamy white countertops and cabinetry. Stainless steel appliances complete the fully equipped kitchen, where the option to cook or prepare takeout is yours.

Upstairs, you’ll find even more getaway spaces, with a spacious loft offering not one but two additional seating areas, each featuring their own cozy sofa seating and smart TVs. Everyone in your group will get their own space to watch their favorite movie or shows or find a peaceful place for an afternoon nap.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft/game area.

Bedroom #1 includes 2 queen size beds in bunk format, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes 1 king size bed and 1 twin size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 queen size beds in bunk format, and a smart TV.

The home also includes 2 additional full bathrooms: one on the first floor with single vanity and shower/tub combo, and the other on the second floor with dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Just 4 minutes from the brand-new Red Cliffs Temple, this enviable location is in close proximity to Zion National Park, St. George Regional Airport, downtown St. George, and dining and shopping. Freedom Village boasts a 2,000 square foot beach entry pool, hot tub, pickleball court, children’s playground, and RV parking. Sand Hollow State Park is only 18 minutes away (rated as one of the most popular state parks in Utah).

Southern Utah is a popular destination for year-round recreation and its major parks including Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Red Cliffs National Conservation Area. You are close to all manner of outdoor adventures including numerous hiking and biking trails, beautiful lakes, and parks. The area is known for dozens of golf courses including highly rated Entrada at Snow Canyon, where the greens are surrounded by red rock views. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
