The living room offers cozy sofa and armchair seating facing a large, mounted smart TV. Thanks to the spacious, open floor plan, this area becomes the center of entertainment that can be enjoyed from the dining room and kitchen as well, ensuring that no one feels left out of the action or conversation. If you’re looking for a little more privacy or some quiet downtime, a second living area on the second level features a comfy sofa seating and a smart TV, also the perfect location for a kid’s movie night.

A stunning wood dining room table offers seating for 6, suitable for any type of meal or for hosting a family game night. Barstool seating at the kitchen island for 4 is ideal for a quick breakfast or casual afternoon appetizers. The fully equipped kitchen is capable of so much more, however, should you be in the mood to whip up a home cooked meal.

If you simply cannot get enough of the outdoors, and in this location who could blame you, a private patio offers a second option for taking meals or evening drinks, with an additional dining set for 6.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and 1 sofa sleeper in the upstairs living area.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 1 twin and 1 full size bed in bunk format, as well as 1 standalone twin bed. The room also comes equipped with a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes 2 additional bathrooms – 1 full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo (upstairs), and a half bathroom (downstairs).
