Located close to everything, this gorgeous 4 Bedroom home is set on a lot open to the sun while still surrounded by the live oaks. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight to be able to create great meals while enjoying the company of friends and family. Enjoy the spa baths with beach and sea tile-scape finishes that make it seem like you are bathing on the edge of the ocean.

After a day at the beach or pool it is a refreshing treat to wander down the tree lined street and enjoy the peace and serenity of the maritime forest. Continue the refresh experience with an outdoor shower with the live oaks and birdsongs overhead. You will be greeted by the "southern hospitality" front open porch to sit and enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails

As you enter the home you will happily find a beautifully decorated home in the Classic Coastal Living style embracing an elegant beach vibe. An open floor plan allows for the entire family to hang together - the BHI family experience at its best. For some quiet time, you can wander onto the back screen porch and enjoy the forest breeze. Four large bedrooms will accommodate your family with ease. The master suite with a king bed is on the main level with a spa-like bath and walk in closet. Upstairs you will find three more bedrooms. One features a King Bed with a built-in double bed. and full bath. Another bedroom has a king bed. And the fourth bedroom in the house has a double bed with a double trundle bed. There is a full bath for these bedrooms to share. There is an outdoor shower for your use after a day at the beach.

The Kitchen/Dining/Living Room allows everyone to socialize in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with open access to the deck . Very close to everything - the BHI club, restaurants, shops and the marina Head Island Club. The home is also well situated with a large open area in front for the children to play and a deck to enjoy a gathering around the BBQ.

A very short cart ride in the newer 4 and 6 passenger carts gets you to the new BHI Club Aquatic Center which features 4 new tennis courts, a playground, short-grass recreational area, workout facility, multiple swimming pools and water slide, croquet course, casual and fine dining and, of course, the George Cobb designed, award winning 18-hole golf course.

We have a professional property manager who lives full time on the island to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They will be able to help with any concerns once you arrive.

Other amenities include 3 adult beach bikes, 4 new beach chairs, boogie boards and an abundance of beach toys, and an umbrella. Please bring your own helmets. Additional bikes can also be rented at Riverside Adventure. Please note that while we guarantee the availability and condition of the golf carts, we cannot guarantee the condition of the bikes.

Bald Head Island is on one of North Carolina's southernmost cape islands - Cape Fear. The island is blessed with 14 miles of pristine beaches, thousands of acres of protected salt marshes, and a spectacular expanse of maritime forest.
