▶ Sleeping Arrangements: We provide luxury sleep experiences with premium organic mattresses, soft linens, and down comforters with duvet covers.
• Bedroom 1: Features a Queen bed, a twin pull-out trundle, and direct access to the roof deck with peekaboo ocean views.
• Bedroom 2: Contains two Full beds.
• Living Room: The sectional couch includes a pull-out Queen bed. Privacy doors and shades can close off this space completely.
• A Pack & Play with sheets is also provided for your little one.

▶ Kitchen & Dining: The fully-equipped kitchen features a 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, fridge with an icemaker and filtered water, and high-quality stainless steel cookware. Coffee aficionados will love the luxury Moccamaster coffeemaker and burr grinder—just bring your favorite beans! A large lobster pot and seafood tools are provided for a classic New England feast. Gather around the dining table with seating for 10. A folding high chair is also provided.

▶ Work From Home: For digital nomad families, we offer three flexible workspaces: a flip-down secretary desk in the primary bedroom with a printer, a motorized standing desk with a large external monitor in the second bedroom, and a small desk in the basement. Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy contactless check-in using a key code lock. You will have private access to the entire home, the fully fenced backyard, and all listed amenities. The only exceptions are one locked basement closet, a living room closet, and the backyard shed, which are reserved for owner's storage. Parking for up to 4 vehicles, 2 in driveway and 2 on gravel area.

Interaction with guests:
We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. There will be no host interaction during your stay, but we are always available and responsive via the VRBO app should you need anything at all.

Other details to note:
• Climate Control: The entire house is heated and cooled by mini-splits in every room for personalized comfort. A backup generator automatically powers most of the house in the event of an outage.

• Linens: All bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bed linens are included. Please bring your own beach towels.

• Beach Essentials: We provide beach chairs for 9+, a large umbrella, a beach tent, and a beach wagon for your convenience.

• EV Charging: Complimentary Level 1 EV charger, common residential 120-volt outdoor outlet easily accessible from driveway.

• Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property.

• Local features: Sandwich is a year round community where almost all stores and restaurants are open all year. Our neighborhood is filled with Cape Cod charm, gray cedar shingles, and hydrangeas blowing in the ocean breeze. Just a short walk to many restaurants and shops or ride down the Cape Cod Canal Bikeway all the way to Buzzards Bay!
