Currently, heightened precautions are being taken in accordance with CDC and Airbnb recommendations in regards to cleaning procedures.

The entire apartment is for guest use.

Your host won’t be on the property, but they’ll be available for anything you need during your stay.

Winooski Falls is a walkable historic mill town that is easy to navigate. Head to unique breweries nearby to try some of the local beers, spend the day relaxing by the scenic river, and enjoy the live music and bars in the evening.

Window air conditioning provided from May 15th - October 20th.

Two off street parking spots provided.

Free street parking is located 3 minutes from the apartment.

There is an outdoor security camera at the entrance of the building. The camera is directed at the parking area. The camera is on and records when motion is detected.

The recorded footage is only accessed in emergencies. We notify guests when footage is accessed.
10pm to 8am quiet hours.

Please communicate for check-ins later than 10pm.

For requests during quiet hours, please call the host for immediate service.

Park at your own risk - not responsible for damage or theft of vehicle or vehicle contents.

$50 late checkout fee.
$35 lost key fee

Guests are not allowed to make reservations for more than a total of 21 days over a 30 day period.

We do not accept reservations over one year out.
