The inside of the condo also has a full-sized washer/dryer, a well-equipped island kitchen, and a dining table that seats 6. The unit will accommodate up to 8 people, with a king bed in the master, queen bed in the second bedroom, and another queen bed in the third bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located within the unit.



Step outside to the oversized Gulf-front balcony, accessible from both the living room and the primary suite. First, the pros. The location of the condo was perfect and convenient to restaurants and shopping The view and the balcony/comfort were what appealed to me the most about this condo. My elderly parents and my two adult (early 20s) sons met in Orange Beach for our first family vacation in several years. My dad can’t be in the sun for very long so I booked the condo because of the amazing view and incredible patio and furniture so he could enjoy the beach views as well. He spent the majority of his days lounging on the balcony. The cons. The furniture in this unit is in dire need of replacement or repair. The beds were not comfortable. Knobs were missing from dressers and nightstands. Some drawers did not pull out properly. The coffee table and end tables were well past their prime. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the outdoor furniture. While the view was spectacular, we wouldn’t sit there without first covering the furniture with quilts found in the condo closets. The overall cleanliness was also lacking. While these things were disappointing, we still had a fantastic week together. I just wish the condo had been in better shape for my parents first vacation in many years. One of the recent reviews stated these things as well but I had booked long before seeing their recent review. If these things were updated, I would definitely return to this condo but the current photos are deceiving of its current status.

Great location but Old Unit

Condo building itself was nice. We had a great time but would not stay here again unfortunately. The pool was clean and can’t beat the location of this building. This unit is not in good condition. Mattresses are terrible in all bedrooms. Furniture is extremely old and worn out. Foam was falling out of the recliner. Outdoor furniture was so dirty/moldy we put towels over it before we would sit on it. Tiles missing from outside patio. Floors were not clean and there is a thick layer of dust on decor. Bare nails in the walls. Rust on indoor hardware. This is a corner unit with beautiful views.
