- Bathrooms are stocked with Public Goods Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Hand Soap
- Full size washer and dryer, stocked with detergent

Owner lives in basement level with private entrance. Guests will have private access to the main and second levels.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood where kiddos still ride their bikes and scooters at the end of the street. You're able to walk to many restaurants and breweries on Haywood Road within minutes.
Please drive slowly to keep our neighborhood safe.
We live in a quiet neighborhood and love our neighbors (and their kiddos!). As we have many neighbors who walk their dogs and kids who ride their bikes and scooters in the road, please drive slowly, park within the designated areas, and be mindful of noise during quiet hours (10pm-8am). Our neighbors thank you!
- 2 vehicles maximum, please park close to the house so other cars that share the driveway can pass
- You MUST shower before entering the hot tub. If there is evidence that you have not showered prior to entering and the filter or water quality are impacted, you may be charged an $85 deep clean/refill fee.
- No glass allowed near the hot tub.
- Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony or in the hot tub.
- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking allowed.
- No unauthorized pets allowed.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect check-in (4:00 PM) and check-out (10:00 AM) times.
- Please do your dishes.
- All trash must be bagged or it will not be taken by city garbage services
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- Please take care of the furnishings. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.
- If the home requires excess cleaning, and additional cleaning charge may be charged upon checkout.
From Haywood St, go south on Michigan Ave. and turn right on 5th St (which is the fifth right turn kind of tucked away). Please drive slowly down 5th and towards the end of the road, take a slow left turn (watch out for the kiddos playing on their bikes) and you'll see the modern beige house on the right. Our driveway has 3 "bays" and you are welcome to park in the left and center bays. We just need room to park our car on the far right side of the driveway.
