You'll park in the reserved lot behind the home, or on the street in front if you prefer. Street parking is free, but can fill up sometimes on busy weekends or in the evenings.

You can access the house from the back or from the front door. The first floor space is beautiful and dramatic, with high ceilings, historical details, and gleaming hardwood floors. The front foyer with the pool table is open to the adjacent living room area with the TV. The first floor includes a dining area with seating for 6 guests, a full kitchen, and a half bathroom.

Kitchen: we've provided a stocked kitchen with most things that you should need for basic cooking. A Keurig coffee maker is available and we'll provide a few pods to get you started.

On the second floor, enjoy two full bathrooms and three bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed with a TV, an extra "nook" area with a chaise lounge (can sleep one guest) and an attached / en suite bathroom with a luxurious steam shower and clawfoot tub. The second bedroom also has a king bed with a TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a bonus nook with a trundle bed (two twins). The house can comfortably sleep 8 guests in beds and 1-2 more guests on the chaise lounge in the primary suite (see photos).

Laundry: laundry is conveniently located on the second floor and will be available for guests to use!
Third floor: the property has a walkup attic - the space is unfinished and we ask guests not to use this space.
Basement: the basement will be locked and is not available for guest use.

Outdoor space: there is not much outdoor space available for guests to use (besides the large parking lot in the back). The front yard has a small garden area, but no chairs or outdoor seating area. The inside is so nice that you won't want to leave!
