The bungalow is sunny, spacious, warm and cozy. You will have the entire space all by yourself.

The house was built in 1986 for a young family of 5. It's been completely renovated in 2017 with a brand new modular kitchen with chimney, dark plywood almirah and cabinets.

The house is repainted and polished in September 2023.

However, it's important to note that due to our bungalow being situated on a corner plot, maneuvering into the parking space can become a bit challenging if someone has parked directly in front of the property.

To ease this process, if I am present at the property during your arrival, I will gladly reserve and block the space in front of the garage for you, allowing for smooth access to your designated parking spot within the premise.
