Beautiful home close to Park City and Skiing

This Park City home was perfect for our group and was such a fun time. The owners were very responsive and flexible. Proximity to Park City and Canyons is just a short drive. Do yourself a favor and stay in this hidden gem!

Perfect for a family ski vacation

We had wonderful time in Diane's beautiful home. 12 people for 4 days. Easy drive to PC and Canyons. Beautiful house. Great beds, brand new linens, incredible theater room, wonderful hot tub and view. We will definitely be going back!

Great fit for our large family

Bedding awesome. Slept great after busy days hiking. Watched movies in the theatre room. Perfect. Beautiful views and enjoyed the hot tub. Would look forward to staying during ski season as well.

Great house with plenty of space!

Loved staying here with our family traveling from St. Louis, Bermuda, Chicago and Denver!

The house was beautiful and very comfortable for our family. Plenty of room for us to all gather together and have space to ourselves when needed. Any questions we had were quickly answered via email or text and Diane was more than helpful when I reached out to her. The location was awesome, being close enough to the airport and skiing. Checkout was very easy as well. The only thing I would suggest is a small manual on site with info about house workings so we wouldn’t have had to bother anyone with questions. We loved it here and had a wonderful stay!

Absolutely perfect!!

My entire group and myself absolutely loved this place. The spacious common areas, beautiful and comfortable furniture, luxurious linens, fantastic hot tub, and location made this property the perfect place for a park city ski trip. The owners are extremely kind, helpful, and prompt with responses. The huge master bedroom upstairs is fully stocked with quality products. Our entire group enjoyed an evening movie night in the massive theater room with plenty of seating. The other couples in my party have continuously thanked me for finding this gem. We will be back for our next park city ski trip.

Perfect House. Perfect Location.

This multi-level spacious house was perfect for our family holiday. We had four small children and seven adults and we never felt crowded. It is so conveniently located to both Park City and Salt Lake City, but we never felt like we were just a number in a resort town. Loved the spacious kitchen. The driveway was heated so we didn't have to worry about getting up and down the sloped drive, but the next door neighbor had a perfect driveway for small child snow sledding and was so gracious to invite us to use it at will. The porch off of the kitchen was a perfectly safe place for the kids to play in the snow without direct adult supervision. Thank you for thinking of all the little details that made our family time together so special!

Family friendly

The main living area...kitchen, dining, living...were open and accommodated the family very well. The deck was wonderful with plenty of chairs and a great view. The first night we even were treated to a moose feeding though the area. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was a bit tight with the steep drive, but we were able to park up above as needed. The sleeping futons were really good. The sleeping loft was a bit of a problem. The young ones wanted to sleep there, but access was a problem. There were no instructions regarding this only that it was available. We carried an extension ladder from the garage into the basement and it provided the access needed...we just had an adult there with the younger ones. There is some good MTB riding close by and the hilly terrain provided wonderful walks.

8926 North Cove Rd in Jeremy Ranch community nearby Park City Utah

An adult aged multifamily member ski trip of 9 March 2019 to describe the group. Beds for sleeping 10 realistically, additional sleeping space in the Home Theater room on Futon type mattress recliners(3) or Love sack couch(2) or Love sac bags(2) for kids... not serious adults. Mattresses and bedding very comfortable as well as being able to heat each room which can sometimes is an issue in large ski homes. Kitchen large enough for large group meal preparation but pots and pans and knives a mix and match. At this price point and size of advertised sleeping there should have been complete sets for 12. The Mr. Coffee was the slowest coffee maker on earth nearly 45 minutes to brew a pot. Upstairs living room TV hooked up to Direct TV with no WIFI app capability for Netflix or Amazon Prime nor the DVD player. A very good WIFI network in the house so that needs to be upgraded if only a streaming blue ray player. Downstairs home theater was fun but as with upstairs the system did not allow for streaming and the DVD player would start skipping and freezing and may be on its last legs and should be replaced with a streaming blue ray player. Direct TV cable with no apps to stream. Outside Hot tub walk out from Home theater room. Large but not well maintained . Again at this pricepoint and 500.00 cleaning fee it should be serviced weekly during the rental season. Garage: large for two vehicles, one a Suburban and another SUV but be aware if you have a ski rack on the roof you WILL NOT FIT into the garage. A Heated driveway which melted the ice and snow as this was a necessity to get into the house... it is one pitched driveway! So a definite "4" not a five as one expects a different level of quality at this price point and size of house.

Hi Toni, Thanks for taking the time to provide a detailed review. As far as sleeping, we do not count the couches or giant bean bags as places to sleep but kids do like to sleep there. We otherwise have sleeping for 20. Regarding the beds, we post that we have 3 kings, 1 queen, 4 full (2 in bunk beds, 2 pull out mattresses) and 4 twin (1 trundle, 3 futons). We are glad you found the beds you slept in comfortable, as many of our guests make similar comments. Regarding the pots and pans, a couple of pans in our original matching set showed some wear and so I bought a new All Clad saucepan and a new frying pan during my last visit , which mixed up the pans a bit. We also have a full set of matching knives in a block that I sharpened just before you arrived and we have matching utensils/place settings/glasses for at least 20 people. Nonetheless, we will check the inventory when we are out there this month to see if anything might have disappeared. No one should have to wait 45 minutes for a cup of coffee in the morning! We ordered a new one. Regarding the internet capability – that one was my bad. I labeled and tried to reduce the number of remotes floating about because we were confusing some guests and in my Marie Kondo moment, I removed the Samsung remotes that provided internet access for all of our SmartTVs. My kids would be embarrassed about my technical rookie mistake. My apologies, and the remotes providing internet access are now restored to their original rooms. We will assess the DVD/Blueray situation when we are out in a few weeks. PS We also have a MusicCast system that would have allowed you to access your playlists on your phone or computer after downloading an app. We have a weekly hot tub service. If there is ever a problem with the hot tub, they will come out and immediately attend to it. Had we known that you were dissatisfied, we would have attended to this ASAP to make your stay more enjoyable. We shall endeavor to make a better effort to let future guests know that we will attend to any issues while they are there. We never had an issue with fitting our vehicles in our standard sized garage, and we appreciate your comment for future guests who may have larger vehicles with roof accessories. Carolyn Favorito

Great spot

The location was great for our group that skied at Canyon‘s Mountain. We had beautiful views and many of the rooms and the hot tub. You were even greeted two days by a moose in the backyard. The home was larger than we expected which was a bonus. Diane was easy to work with. We were able to check in early, which was fantastic. There were some plumbing issues that arose while we were there, no fault to the owner, and Diane was on top of getting it fixed while we were out of the house and compensated us for dinner. Great service and Would rent again.

Friends and Family Ski Trip

We came to Park City on a friends and family ski trip. We had 6 adults, and 6 children 11 and under. The house was great. Everyone had a place to sleep, the theater family room was a great place for the kids to hang out after a long day of skiing, and the kitchen had a great set up. After a long day of skiing we did learn on day one that the fire place and hot tub were not working. Diane was quick to get us assistance and checked in with us throughout the week to ensure they were working properly.

Great house for a large group

This property is wonderful! Beautiful home with great views. The house was prepared with everything we needed - plenty of linens, dishes, etc. Diane was very communicative and helpful. We had 19 adults and it was pretty tight as far as beds go (would be easier with some kids), but still a wonderful stay!! Definitely recommend!

Park City Utah Ski Trip

The property is nice, but the lack of dressers in the downstairs bedrooms were a concern. The driveway is extremely steep and the entry was never shoveled during a huge snowstorm. We ended up shoveling it ourselves. The distance to the Park City Ski area was further than expected. The upstairs stayed much cooler than the downstairs throughout our stay, so much so that working on the computer was an issue, there is definitely an issue with the heating on the top floor. At the end of our stay, in the theater room, four wet spots appeared. Not a ceiling leak, it seemed to be coming from the foundation???? If skiing at Park City or the Canyons is your goal for the vacation, I would choose a more accessible home.

Great house for big group

We had a great couple of days with several families at this house for our annual ski trip. The kids loved the movie room and the house had everything we needed to cook and eat big meals together. It was convenient to get to the mountain each day as well as close to grocery stores. Overall, the house was perfect for our group of 16.

Feels like home!

The home exceeded my expectations! There is an amazing view. All the bedrooms have comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen is stocked very well. The hot tub works and has a view. The home theatre was easy to use and had great sound. The decor is well done. The host was responsive to all our needs. There were plenty of towels etc. I would recommend this place to friends 100%. - Thanks for sharing your amazing home! <3 See you next year!

Beautiful home in Park City!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! It was a beautiful home with an outstanding view! The whole process was seamless. From the time we booked to check in and check out, the owners were easy to contact and wonderful to work with! We had 12 adults and 3 babies in our party. There was plenty of space for all of us, and not to mention plenty of comfortable places to sleep. It worked out perfectly! The house was very clean and well stocked with all the basic amenities and more. We had everything we could have needed. The location was ideal. We had a beautiful mountain top view, but were still very close to park city for skiing and exploring! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! We all decided we will definitely be back!
