Built in 1944 and sumptuously transformed in 2021, the Mildred Rose Cottage embodies the best of old and new. With direct ocean frontage on two sides, the cottage is uniquely positioned to watch both sunrise and sunset — while the gentle roar of the ocean serenades every room.

The space
The beach house is located ON THE BEACH! Beautiful views of the shoreline and water, and close to everything SSI has to offer!

This home has a spacious king size primary bedroom with majestic views of the ocean! There is a shared bathroom between the king primary and the double bed bedroom. All linens and towels are plush and soft for your comfort!

The third bedroom can either be a king bedroom or converted two twin beds. Let us know how we can best accommodate your group for a comfortable stay.

Enjoy a chef's kitchen with viking appliances and built-in seating overlooking a gorgeous shoreline.

Sip your morning coffee in the screened in porch, or take it for a walk down the beach. You cannot stay in a better place than this!

Guest access
The guests have full access of the home and all outdoor areas.

Other things to note
You may park in the driveway provided, which can fit up to 3 cars. Please stay in the driveway, and do not park in the grass. You may also park at the public beach access parking next door.
