Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was big enough for our family but in need of many updates in our opinion. The master bed sunk in the middle and all the bedding smelled old, my only suggestion is to update the bedding and mattress. Our family loved the property, short walk to the pool and the beach was right across the parking lot and it was never crowded, we were close to restaurants and loved going to John's Pass for the day. Overall a great stay.

Reviewer Comments: The Lands End property is a terrific location to stay, with all the amenities you would want in a Florida Get away.This particular unit, Building 3 Unit 205, is very dated. The decor is in need of updating...from the furniture to the wallpaper. It screams 1980's. The Unit was very clean and organized, which speaks very highly of the cleaning staff, but the unit itself will not be considered "Premium Rental" status until upgrades are made. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property, and would go back to Lands End again, but we would request a different unit until upgrades are made to Unit 205, Building 3.

Our Treasure Island get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were satisfied with our rental experience. The location was fabulous and the unit adequate. We had some minor issues with using the Wi-Fi, it took a couple days but our host did resolve the issue, they communicated well and responded quickly. The unit is in need of some TLC, mostly cosmetic issues like peeling wallpaper, broken floor tiles & closet door, as well an non-working ice maker. Could certainly benefit updated furniture. Absolutely lovely canal/waterway view from the balcony where we spotted dolphin & manatee often. Seems to be a popular little stretch of beach for dog owners, not a problem for us but many pups out there throughout the day. We will definitely stay at this resort again just most likely not this particular unit.

Not Good stay

This apartment was not a good experience. The carpet is dirty and furniture is really old. Closet doors are broken. Dishwasher is broken and can barely function. Something is wrong with air inside the apartment. Our allergies kept on flaring when we were inside the apartment. Beds are broken. Everything is old inside apartment. I would not recommend this apartment.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sufficient for a last minute getaway when bookings are slim. This condo makes the entire building seem old and dated. Two most updated items seemed to be the king bed which had a great mattress and perhaps the baby high chair in the closet. Very disappointed that the unit spent no money in upgrades but took advantage of the incredible rental rate booms. Hodgepodge of utensils in the kitchen including a mad search for matching forks or sharp knives. No sprayer on the sink. Lighting is a challenge. I was very disappointed that the unit had barely any upgrades since perhaps the very early 90’s. Master bath with very aged shag carpet and peeling wallpaper. Shower was what would be expected in an older motel 6 at best. We thought there was a screened porch from the photos but turned out to be merely a screen that was torn and totally useless if you wanted to leave the door open. If you love dogs in water and boats parking in front of you with slightly intoxicated folks parading around, you’ll love this location. Didn’t know it was a doggy beach park/stop. Loved seeing the dogs playing; people, not so much. Positive was once you got used to it, it was nice seeing boats pass by and live entertainment across the water from what turned out to be a very good restaurant. I just wish the owners would have invested a little more in upkeep. Check the other condos in this unit with decent kitchens, living room furniture and other amenities before you settle for this unit or seriously, consider motel 6 instead.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been coming to Lands End for 4 years. First time staying in this unit. It had a very musty smell. The bifold closet doors kept falling out of the tracks. Wallpaper seams were peeling open. Some floor tiles were loose. Carpet needs cleaning or replaced. Same with front room furniture.

Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at Lands End properties 3 times in the last 7 years and this property seriously needs a facelift 1990s motifs, peeling wallpaper, loose floor tiles, carpet in master bathroom non working electrical outlets, the whole place and furnishings need to be replaced. No liquid dish soap, laundry detergent really cleaning materials oh well! By far the least homelike rental, spend some money and update the place! There are better options at Lands End!

In love with Lands End

The best part is the awesome bay views and the music from across the bay. Wallpaper peeling in bathrooms and master bath hallway. We would like to return.

The condo and facilities where very satisfactory. The pool was extra good and the beach was wonderful. The only concern was no exercise facility, we did think it was there, poor communication, mostly on our part. Hard to get information about putchasing a condo.

Wonderful! We are glad you enjoyed your stay at Land's End Beach Resort. They do not have an exercise room, however, they do offer tennis courts, swimming pools, and other outdoor sports. We do hope you will join us for future vacations.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at Lands End twice and won't go back. Property, location and unit we love, however, the pool security is terrible. He sits and stares at you the whole time you are standing in the pool. That's about the only thing you can do is stand. No tossing soft tennis balls, floats, toys etc. You can't relax at all because you have him staring at you. Will not rent again due to the pool restrictions. Ridiculous!!

They do have rules in place just so that all are comfortable while using the area together, we are sorry if they seemed too overbearing for you, that is not their intention. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed in was absolutely terrible. The main reason was the bed in the master bedroom. It was like we were sleeping on a boxspring. I will never rent this unit again. I certainly will make sure my friends who rent at landsend don't waste their money on this unit. We have stayed at landsend at least a dozen or more times & it's usuallly the same. The owners want the biggest kind of revenue from the properties but most don't invest any back into the condo itself. The property is beautiful but a comfortable bed would be nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit during February/March. Treasure Island is a great place to stay and this complex is very well maintained. The beach is awesome and the pool is lovely. However, this unit had some problems. The biggest being the comfort of the furniture. If the mattresses have not been replaced do not rent this unit! Seriously, two people cannot sleep in the bed of master unit. All beds and LR furniture sagged so badly they were not useable. I would recommend with the above serious reservations.

The board walk keeps us active, beautiful views. Wonderful friendly security and staff. Resort Rentals absolutely the best.

Reviewer Comments: we love this complex and it was our third stay in two years. there was remodeling noise above us, which we should have been notified before we booked. unit needs updated dishes and silverware, sheets were old and didnt fit and had to get them to repair the blinds, glass door, internet and tv's to work properly. would not rent this unit again.

We are so sorry this condo was not a good fit for you and we will be sure to pass this feedback over to the owner for their review. The condos in our "premier" category will carry recent updates throughout and we have many to choose from in all view categories at Land's End. We very much apologize for any construction noise that you experienced, we definitely understand the frustration in that!! We do not manage every condo at the property and unfortunately are not notified on all construction projects taking place. If we are aware we will for sure share this with our guests so that they can make the best decision that fits for the situation. We are truly sorry for the interruption to you during your time. We thank you for contacting us regarding the maintenance items that you came into so that we could get that addressed, we are always more than happy to help with what we can.
