Enjoy the 1st weekend of the Coachella Valley Music Festival in Palm Desert, California, at this beautiful Marriott resort which offers a superb stay for guests.

Shuttle buses run between the resort and the festival grounds. Check with the concierge for the schedule upon arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: This listing has a 4-night minimum occupancy and the only day to check-in is Friday the 10th. Different arrangements can be made upon agreement of both the owner and the guest.

Also, the last 3 nights - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are available at $79 each in case you wish to extend your stay for a little longer. You can buy just one of those nights or two or all three. The calendar says $140 which is for those who are renting any of those 3 weekday nights and are NOT renting the 4 weekend nights.

This is a Studio unit with a King size bed and a queen Sofa Bed and a large TV. It has a patio overlooking one of the fairways. It has a kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, cups, plates and glasses. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub.

There is WiFi and free covered parking. Two fitness centers - one open 24 hrs, 6 pools, jacuzzi's, tennis and pickle ball courts, an 18-hole golf course, ping pong tables, fire pits, miniature golf, 2 basketball courts and many more amenities including even a kid's center with arts and crafts stuff.

This property is truly marvelous. The resort has a convenience store on site and is a mile away from a beautiful, upscale super market.

Then head down 2 - 3 miles away to downtown Palm Desert with its bevy of chic shops, loads of restaurants and nightime dancing at some of the restaurants and bars. Take a 20 minute drive down famous Highway 111 and visit Palm Springs. From there, another 25 minutes to the Indian casino, which is next to a large outlet mall.

A great place to be near the festivals. Great weather and you'll see why the lower California desert is so popular during the winter and springtime.
