Overview: If you have never been to Montgomery Street on 30A - you are in for a treat. This is one of the most unique and quaint streets on all of 30A. This exquisite home sits s mere 200 steps from the beach, while boasting stunning gulf views and spans 4,270 square feet of luxurious living space across three floors. Known as “Bella Vita,” because we are Italian :-) - (formerly Big Fish House) - this retreat touts abundant living space with six bedrooms (one is a rumpus room), five full baths, and two half baths. You’ll also have plenty of entertaining space with a family room, two large balconies, and a private heated pool (fees apply). Set south of Scenic Hwy 30A in Seagrove Beach, this compound is located on a quiet residential street, just a half-mile east of Seaside.

Fully renovated in 2020 with fresh paint inside and out, new furnishings, and updated bedding.

Living Areas: In the second-floor family room, you’ll find seating for six and a 60” SmartTV. The living room on the first floor provides extra entertaining space with comfy seating, an 70" SmartTV, a Ping Pong Table, and a ten-person game table.

Kitchen / Dining: The gourmet kitchen on the second floor features high-end stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner gas range, French-door fridge, and beverage fridge. A mahogany dining table seats 10, while the kitchen bar seats four. A game table between the dining area and family room seats four more.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
• First of two master suites is on the third floor and boasts a king bed and direct access to a balcony with sweeping gulf views. It features a SmarTV, a dressing area with a private balcony, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.
• Second master suite also on the third floor has a king bed, a SmarTV and an en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower.
• On the first floor, a third bedroom offers a twin XL-over-twin XL built-in bunk as well as a twin XL-over-Queen bunk and a SmarTV.
• On the first floor, there is a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, LCD SmarTV and a private bath with walk-in shower.
• A hall bath with two sinks and a tub/shower combination is on the first floor as well.
• Stairs from the first floor lead to a private second floor fifth bedroom, outfitted with a king bed, SmarTV, a private balcony, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.
• Providing an additional sleeping option / sixth bedroom, the rumpus room includes two queen Murphy beds and a queen sleeper sofa.
• There are two half baths: one on the first floor and the other on the second in the living area.

Outdoor Areas: An expansive second-floor balcony offers peekaboo gulf views as well as al fresco dining for 12. On the ground level, the private heated 12x20 pool features a toddler platform. (There is a $30/day charge for pool heating.) Soak up the sun from one of the loungers or comfy side chairs, fire up the gas grill for a cookout, and dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table in the pool area. There is also a poolside kitchen (which can be closed in cooler months) with granite countertops, a sink, dishwasher and a full sized fridge with ice maker. An outdoor shower with two showerheads has a privacy stall.

Other Features: Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and parking for five cars in the driveway.

Beach Access: The beach is 1 block away or 200 walking steps via Montgomery Street and the Greenwood Beach Access where there is a large public beach available to all.

Included Amenities: 18 beach towels, bikes, a cooler, and an assortment of beach toys.
