Die Wohnung wird derzeit umgestaltet und wird voraussichtlich im Dezember 2018 fertiggestellt sein. Wir sind gespannt auf die Änderungen und werden die Fotos aktualisieren, sobald das Projekt abgeschlossen ist.

Ihre Gruppe von bis zu 10 Personen finden diese geräumigen Vier-Zimmer und drei Badezimmer Wohnung über eine sehr komfortable Wahl für Ihren Aufenthalt in Crested Butte. Ob Skifahren, Wandern, Radfahren oder die Wildblumen genießen, K-304 verfügt über die heimelig-Ausstattung zu einem ausgezeichneten "Basislager" für Ihr Abenteuer in den Bergen sein, das ganze Jahr über. Eine große, offene Wohn-Essbereich ist um einen massiven Steinkamin geplant. Der durchgehende Küche ist voller Größe und hat auch eine Snack-Bar. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie eine Schlafboden, der 4. Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Badezimmer. Das Gerät ist komplett eingerichtet, bis auf die Bettwäsche und Geschirr. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Einheit!

Die Keystone-Gebäude befindet sich auf der zweiten Etage eingetragen. Gehen Sie eine Treppe und Sie erreichen K304 auf der 3. Etage.

San Moritz ist Ski-in / Ski-out und die Keystone Gebäude hat eine große Ski-Zugang - ideal für Anfänger. Ihre Wohnung ist in der Nähe des Westwall Aufzug. Ein kurzer Spaziergang, Skier, und Sie sind auf der Piste! Am Ende des Tages fahren gerade nach unten zurück in das Gebäude.

Komplexe Annehmlichkeiten sind sicher, dass Ihre Erfahrung zu vervollständigen. Als Vor-Ort-Büro und die Mitarbeiter alle Fragen zu Check-in / out und beantworten macht es einfach, die während Ihres Aufenthaltes entstehen. Ein Reinigungsservice wird für alle Aufenthalte ab 4 Nächten angeboten. Im Winter hat San Moritz einen Shuttle-Service, der mit Ihrem Aufenthalt kostenlos. Der Shuttle fährt täglich während der Skisaison von 8 Uhr bis Mitternacht. Sie werden sogar abholen und direkt vor der Wohnung Drop-off! Im Winter können Sie auch genießen eine im Innen Whirlpool genießen. Die Sauna ist das ganze Jahr geöffnet! Für zusätzlichen Komfort hat jedes Gebäude 2 Waschmaschinen und Trockner für die Gäste. Alles, was Sie brauchen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay at the San Moritz condo very much. It was spacious and clean stocked with all household utensils and needs. I loved that we never ran out of paper goods like toilet paper and paper towels. The management had them available at all times. This is an older condo, and we found it perfect for us—ski in and out, roomy and very cute with the decor.

Great ski in ski out option with a ton of space

Great location and a large spot that comfortably sleeps a large group. Fantastic views from the balcony and right on the slopes. It is best to maximize carpooling because overnight parking options off property are limited.

Great condo!

This condo was perfect for our two families for our annual trip to CB. My family of 4 and my brothers family of 5 were very comfortable in this condo. It was perfectly set up and the layout was great. Location was great to walk out the door and jump on the trails or walk over to the base area. We hope to stay at this unit again and would highly recommend.

We also have an on-site office, and with one phone call, we would have been more than happy to drop off more bath supplies to you. I apologize the upstairs was hot. As noted in our listing, there is no AC in the unit. However, we are happy to provide box fans if necessary. Again, you would just need to call the office. Our condo was plenty big for 3 couples. We could have had more bc of the loft. We enjoyed it in the summer but I think it would be perfect for skiing in the winter. I would rent this property again!

Parking was easy and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Even though the balcony is shared, because it's an end unit it feels pretty private. Only thing worth mentioning is that the top floor does get warm in the middle of summer days, but was mostly fine overnight.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in San Moritz’s Keystone 304 twice now, and we specifically chose the same resort and room. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms and views are wonderful. And the ability of our crew to ski in and out hits the top of our list. We’ve already discussed making it a third run. Note: there are six beds on a loft over the living room; if you have a loud morning crew, those sleepers may be disturbed.

Good times

Great spot!!! Ski in/out was very nice. Only problem we had was that the dish washer did not work. It leaked water everywhere. Maintanence came by and said he fixed but it leaked again. We had to have maintenance come by and reset the satellite because two of the TVs would not work. If we return to CB we will definitely come back to San Moritz.
