Fine for the price we paid
There were four adults for an entire week. We were given explicit instructions on trash disposal and were given only two large trash bags. I think trash bags should have been supplied by the owner. There were two terry cloth hand towels for the kitchen, no dish drying towels or wash cloths. There was a new sponge, so we got by OK. We didn't use the dish washer at all. It would have been nice to have some plastic containers with lids to use for left-overs. The shower in the upstairs master bedroom didn't work properly so they used the communal upstairs shower. Having a clothes washer and dryer was a huge help. The location was perfect for our purposes, so we plan to stay in this complex again.

nice area, great poolside
the neighborhood was lovely, worked really nice with the kids. Pool, tikibar, volleyball court were just as they should be. The condo itself had a nice layout, but was not in great condition. the bathrooms had some water damage, and looked pretty nasty. Also I would say that the overall cleaning has some room to improve.. last but not least, free WIFI is something that you expect complementary nowadays.. the Verizon and T-mobile coverage were quite weak, so some boosting from WIFI would have been nice...

We must have stayed in a different condo.....
First, the positives, that will not take long. The management company gets back to you very quickly, they are polite and friendly. Notice I did not say helpful. The community amenities are very nice, pool, splash play area, kids play yard, clubhouse nice. The gate guards are very friendly and helpful. Now the negatives. Booking process made me very nervous, they want you to fax a copy of your drivers license and credit card at booking. Very risky thing to do, I declined and was told ok but you have to show it at check-in. Fair enough. Some of the correspondence I received was in Spanish, I can get by pretty well but many can't. Check-in was in person at the condo, go over all of the same things, show the cards, etc. Entry is by using a real estate agent type lockbox with an electronic key inside. Awkwardly placed, hard to see at night, a pain in the neck, frankly. At check-in we are told that we should not set the thermostat lower than 72 or "the unit will get ice and get damaged and you have to pay for it". NO; if that is true then the system is malfunctioning, it is totally to keep the utility cost low. The A/C looks and sounds like the original system, (early 2000s?) They have a note above the thermostat saying they have unlocked it for your comfort. Hah, it is preset to default to 75 every 4 hours no matter what you set it on. It was 95 degrees last week in Orlando! Woke up in the middle of the night sweating, get up. readjust the A/C. Missing towel bar in master bath and one upstairs bath, brackets were there, just no towel bar. Cracked toilet set in another upstairs bath. Called, had to send photos, then got a call and was told yes, we see it but we are not going to fix it. That is an almost exact quote. Linoleum in master bath separating from walls, mold. Burns in the vanity top. Holes in the Formica top in the kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms had visible dirt/dust on window sills. This unit is for up to 8 people, den will fit a couch and love seat, that is it. Kitchen is very poorly equipped for any type of cooking. Two trash bags total, one roll of toilet paper in each bath, no dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher. I have rented a LOT of places thru HomeAway and VRBO and this is by far the least satisfactory place I have rented. There are a LOT of places to rent in the Orlando area, the prices are all about the same, you can certainly do better than this one. $XXX cleaning fee is silly. Place needs updating!

First of all, we have a 24 hour service that is based on fastness and in all our client’s needs. All Resorts have a check in procedure for all their guests that could vary depending on their own politics. In our case, we have our staff that goes to the property to help our guest check in, with the purpose to make it easier and more convenient for them. We request to show your information like an ID and Card in order to authenticate all the transactions we make. It is just a matter of security for both parties.
By the other side, all our homes are in good conditions and have what is needed for people to stay over. Additional equipment is not guaranteed, but we do our best to provide it! Things like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are provided as a welcome pack, We do apologize if there was a confusion with the information.
During your stay we tried to solve all the issues that were reported as soon as we could. Some of them are not considered an emergency, since they could take some time to be solved. Just like what happened with the towel bar. We did not receive further information like the ones being mentioned right now. We apologize for that, but we could have solved it at the right time, if we would have known.
We are always improving our properties and service in order to exceed your expectations. Once again, thank you for your feedback and we would be more than grateful if you give us another chance to make it up for you.

Great location and well maintained community
The community was well maintained and the front gate guards were nice and friendly when we arrived. VipOrlando did an excellent job describing how to check in and get our family into the home. The home was nice and fairly well maintained. A few cosmetic things here and there, such as the master bath trim and tub area needing a little TLC. It was nice that VipOrlando comes out to go over any questions about the house. Only thing I would recommend to them is to have more time to accommodate guests arrival times. I would definitely stay again. I did think the cleaning fee is a little high. Also the paperwork when you book was a bit of a pain, since they do it again at check in. I gave it five stars but debated on only four because of the bathroom floor trim.
