Charming 3-bedroom Vermont house with outdoor Sauna and Mountain Views

Ive had nothing but great reviews in the past. This individual is clearly vindictive, and provides inaccurate photos. How can wet urine on the toilet bowl photo be anything else than done by the guest? Lets have some common sense here. Yes a country house will have a few cobwebs, it's natural. Also 2 towels for a 3 night stay is completely reasonable. The fact that vrbo allows this kinda of behavior and review to remain in order to supposedly provide accurate feedback on guest experiences is preposterous. I did question how many people were staying at the property after identifying multiple people on the outdoor cameras, this is only normal. There are also rules that the guest also did not follow. I ask for shoes to be removed at the entrance but this was not respected, the guest even admits to it. Disrespectful and absolutely rude behavior. Also guest did not know how to operate google nest thermostat, i helped and controlled it from a distance as a favor but it's not my responsibility either and certainly am not to be blamed for. The yard is very well maintained and there might have been a few leaves around the stairs...this also shouldnt come as such a shock for a property located up a hill on a dirt road. If you wish to stay at the Marriott, please do not step foot in the state of Vermont, bottom line. And do not as a consequence be dishonest if a home sharing program isn't for you.
