The Space:

Welcome to Los Cabos I unit 3 - this is a very stylish 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo with a very rare and unique 2 levels to afford maximum privacy.



One thing you will love is how bright, fresh, and SUPER clean this condo is and feels. It was properly decorated to make you feel right at home at the beach with us!



Three bedroom condos of this quality in the entertainment district are extremely hard to find without saying. One of our finest walk to beach condos, featuring a fully equipped kitchen ready to go for prepping great family meals and memories. - as well as a cute pool in the courtyard thats excellent for the final wear out of your kiddos after a long day at the beach.



While this condo complex doesn't allow BBQs, it is walking distances to truly dozens of bars, restaurants, and live music like Driftwood, Laguna Bobs, Meatball Cafe, Grapevine, DQ, Louies, Skullys Bar & Grill, Liams Steakhouse, and the fine dining at Viva bayfront for sunsets. We cannot think of a better location for those wanting to be in the middle of the action!



Exact bedding is a queen in the master, the 2nd bedroom has bunk beds that are each twin beds but plenty of space to put down the air bed we provide (please do b ring bedding if you plan on using this) and the 3rd bedroom is a double bed. The master does have an en suite full bath, while there is a main shared bathroom upstairs as well. Downstairs is the half bath off the kitchen and living room. Max is 8 total humans (people)



While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that



If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.



Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up



The living room features a sofa bed couch plus a 2nd couch and smart TV for movies at night or family games on the coffee table. Dining has 6 seats, plus 4 more counter height stools so whomever is the Chef can interact with all :)



Please do note there is a flight of stairs for bedrooms - which we think is a super cool as it afford so much extra privacy if you load the kids downstairs for a slumber party, OR have those that want some hang out time with the kiddos upstairs. Very hard to find on South Padre Island



Couple things to note - this is a family oriented complex and not a party centric one, it won't be a good fit if that's your jam.



There are 2 off street parking spaces if you park front to back, and a golf cart is considered a car.



Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.



You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :)



We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before.



You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules, and paid either the $59 fee for the damage cover plan OR paid the $500 refundable damage deposit all are handled thru the airbnb resolution center.



We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this just to clarify.

Walk to beach half a block away. Great location in entertainment district near perfect 10 location!



Getting Around:

Such a great location generally walk. But if you need.a cab or taxi use BB's Taxi or City Taxi as Uber & Lyft generally do not have drivers

Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips / South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, 78597 with our office open 7 days a week 9 am to 5 pm should you need anything or help :)
