About this place
A den with a private entrance in a completely renovated home ready for your stay in MIAMI!
The house has modern finishes and everything you need for your stay. *No window in Den - great for travel nurses or those who may benefit from a darker room for sleeping in, etc.*
FREE WiFi and FREE PARKING on street.
Walking distance to the heart of Wynwood and Midtown. By car, 10 minutes from Downtown Miami, 15 minutes to the MIA airport and 15-20 minutes to the BEACH!!
The property is a multi-unit building. You can enter through the front door or if you prefer a private entrance, the bedroom is on the right back side of the right unit when facing the front of the building.
On the property, there are four other long term tenants: 2 in an RV in the backyard that's fenced off and 2 in the left unit of the building. You shouldn't see or hear any of them.
All tenants are super kind and friendly. We'll doubt you'll hear them but if they're being a little too loud, please let us know and we'll kindly remind them to keep it down. They're very cooperative.
Guest access
You can access all shared spaces (kitchen, living room, bathroom) other than the other bedroom.
Note, you will be sharing the kitchen, living room and bathroom with other guests!
