Good communication from the host and the cabin was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed seeing deer outside the cabin and the pellet heater kept the whole house warm. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay!

Amazing stay! So beautiful and peaceful. My children(6 and 3) loved the hot springs tubs and so did the adults! The patio/deck area was beautiful, such a lovely spot to drink a cup of coffee and enjoy the surroundings. Such a cool place and dog friendly!! Will be going again!!

Winter Getaway

We had a great time during out stay. I will say the road and driveway were a little hard to navigate. And per the listing, you do need a good vehicle to get up the driveway in winter.

Perfect little getaway spot

My spouse and I booked this surprisingly spacious cabin to take four days off from work and our phones. The place was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities needed! We didn't leave the cabin the entire time, but were plenty entertained with plenty of board games, patio sitting, and movie watching. We were looking for a place to just relax, and this was a perfect fit!We brought our two small dogs, and this place was very pet-accommodating with leash latches on the back deck, as well as screen partitions on the back deck that made enjoying time outside with them easy and fun.We loved the two outdoor tubs - probably would have used them a lot more in cooler weather!

Love the location!! Checkin was not so good, code didn't work to unlock door ( no cell service ) so had to drive down to resort to call owner for backup code. Very cozy and clean cabin. Information in the guest book was outdated and needs to be brought up to date. States it has an outside pellet grill, however very old Traeger with NO pellets and even if it had pellets would not start. Brought up steaks to grill ended up using the stove. :0( Outside gas fire pit was wonderful, once we figured out how to start and replace propane ( this needs to be in the information book) Pot & Pans were hard to clean as no scrubber and didn't want to leave unclean so soaked overnight and used a sponge & spatula to clean. These are little things to make changes to enhance the next persons stay. All in all we would stay again

Cabin had not been cleaned and prepped beteen us and the last tenant. Bedding was not set for us. Bedding was still in a big dirty pile from the last tenant. Dishes were not unloaded from dishwasher from last tenant. Towels were not replaced from previous tenant. As we stayed, it became more and more apparent that it was not cleaned for us. The tubs outside did not seem usable. The hot water had a deep sulfur smell, that never seemed to fade. Not sure if that is normal. Also, access code was not given to us until we requested it as we were trying to leave town to go up there. Seemed like we had been forgotten about. This was my first time trying a rental like this and I don't think I will do it again soon. Very disappointed.

Nice getaway close to Boise

Very nice, well-equipped cabin/home. We had a little hiccup getting there as we did not receive the check-in email, and Google Maps tried to send us up a back fire road that was blocked with snow. My husband hiked in about a half mile, found the right house, which had Wi-Fi password and owner numbers on the door. He was able to call and get correct map info. Our daughter and son in law came up the next day, and we were able to give them the right directions and they made it no problem. The power went out our first evening for about 3 hours. We just went to bed early and got up when the power came back on to turn the wood pellet stove back on. The next day, water supply was off for a while but fixed before very long. Neither of these was the owners’ fault, but they offered us a complimentary weekend in the future which was very thoughtful and generous. Overall, we had a nice stay. We were able to use the Traeger and our kids even tried the hot tubs in the snow.

We rented this place because of the tubs outside to soak in! When we got there, the first thing we did was try to fill it with water and get the heat started. We searched everywhere for the right hoses. We weren’t sure how to connect them so I messaged the host and she said that all the parts should be there when we couldn’t find him. She had a search the house and we searched a few places until we finally found the base to connect the hoses. I asked her to send me instructions. She said she had a video she sent me a video but it didn’t explain how to connect them so I asked her second time she said she sent it. We never got it so my husband tried to figure it out ourselves a couple of hours later of searching and trying to connect them. We found out that there was a piece missing so I called her back told her there’s a piece of Mason. She said well you can go down to the hardware store in town and go purchase it and then I can reimburse you.. several hours later we came back and finally got everything connected. It took a while for the water to warm up and then we finally got to use them late in the evening that we didn’t even try and bother to connect in the next day.. it was very disappointing because this is the main reason we rented this location
