Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit, um unsere zu sehen "zu Hause weg von zu Hause." Wir vor kurzem eine umfassende Renovierung und aktualisieren stĂ€ndig unser Eigentum, so dass wir immer sehr aufgeregt sind, es mit unseren GĂ€sten zu teilen. The Summer bietet eine der ruhigsten, familienfreundliche UnterkĂŒnfte auf Panama City Beach. Es gibt 24-Stunden-Sicherheit, schnelle AufzĂŒge, und Sie immer in der NĂ€he parken ... auch wĂ€hrend der Hauptsaison!

Unser 4. Stock Einheit fĂŒr mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Master bis zu 7 Personen mit Blick auf den Golf. Es gibt eine Königin und zwei Einzelbetten im GĂ€stezimmer und ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer - alle ausgestattet mit neuen Flachbild-TV und kostenfreiem WLAN. Die KĂŒche ist komplett ausgestattet und es gibt eine neue Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit fĂŒr Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Unser Balkon mit Blick auf 2 Lagunenpools (1 im Winter beheizt), ein Whirlpool, ein Kinderbecken und einen großen Strand Pavillon. Weitere Annehmlichkeiten sind unten aufgefĂŒhrt und alle GerĂ€te ist an der Rezeption zur VerfĂŒgung.

Alle UnterkĂŒnfte im Sommerhaus sind Nichtraucherzimmer und keine Haustiere erlaubt sind. Die GĂ€ste mĂŒssen 25 Jahre oder Ă€lter sein, es sei denn, das GerĂ€t von einem Elternteil oder Erziehungsberechtigten besetzt ist oder GĂ€ste durch die Ehe verbunden sind. Alle GĂ€ste mĂŒssen Lichtbildausweis beim Check-in zur VerfĂŒgung zu stellen. Owners are Awesome!!!

Even better than described! Everything is new, owner is awesome.Condo is very clean and nicely decorated. Everything you need as far as dishes and cooking equipment for our stay, coffee maker (pot and single cup), blender for tropical cocktails, a crockpot and a refrigerator with a working ice machine enjoy your cocktail on the patio while watching the dolphins frolic, beautiful white sands and the tropical pool area.Parking was easy and elevator was smooth and never crowded.Not fancy but comfortable and very enjoyable, cant wait to come back!!!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Our host Mike was super easy to work with and kept me informed on all of the important things I needed to know before check-in. We absolutely loved The Summerhouse and can't wait to return! The unit we stayed in, 403A was by far one of our favorite condo units we have stayed in. We were impressed with how clean the unit was, how comfortable the beds were, how beautiful the decor was, how convenient the unit is right off the elevators, and how much room we had for our family of four adults and two of our grandchildren stayed two nights out of the eight nights. We enjoyed our view from the balcony every morning and evening. The walk out to the pools and to the beach were minimal. We loved the free beach chair and umbrella service that we used every day. Parking was also wonderful. We didn't have to park way out every night when we came back from dinner. Most of the times we were able to park very close to the entrance doors. The staff that are behind the desk at The Summerhouse were also very nice and greeted us each and every time we came and when we left. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo. The location is also very, very nice. It is located on the quiet end of PCB so you don't have to deal with the horrible backed up traffic every time you leave.

Loved our stay!

This is by far our favorite resort we have stayed at in Panama City Beach. The Condo was very comfortable and the owner's were very responsive. The pools and pool area were well kept and the lobby was dry and did not have the musty smell from people dripping all over the place. We used the pools often because most of our days were single or double red flag days, but that was okay with us because we had 2 littles that don't like sand, HOWEVER, PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FLAGS AND DON'T RISK IT. There were 5 people that drowned in the week we were in PCB and 3 were right in front of us. The rip current kills many more than the sharks do!! Pay attention and just don't risk it!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO AND THE RESORT.

A Lovely Vacation!

My sisters and I take an annual beach trip. There were three of us this time. One wasn't able to make it. We had a fabulous time! We love to stay on Thomas Drive because there aren't as many people as on Front Beach Road. This condo was perfect for us! The beds were extremely comfortable. It's beach front, so the views are magnificent. The kitchen had everything we needed. And Mike and Jana were the best! Great hosts, great family, great location, great home away from home...What more could you need!!!

Perfect Location!

We stayed at Mike and Jana’s condo in Panama City Beach for our March vacation and it was the most perfect place for us. The condo was clean, beautifully furnished, and nicely located on the 4th floor overlooking the pools and perfect view of the ocean and pure white sand! What a bonus to have the beach chairs and umbrella included! Having so many restaurants and beach stores to walk to is great too. Mike and Jana were very quick to respond to texts and are so very kind. I would recommend staying at their property, as they really care about their guests.

Outstanding property!

This property is by far the cleanest, most outstanding property I have rented at Panama City Beach, and I've been vacationing there for 35 years! The condo has everything you need for your "home away from home." Mike and Jana are wonderful at communicating and answered any questions I had immediately! The staff at Summerhouse is very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the proximity of the condo to the pools and beach. It is a very short walk to both, and my arthritic knees were easily able to make it to either. The location is perfect; the condo is located on the quiet, family-friendly end of the beach and there are grocery and convenience stores very close by. We visited Pier Park one day and it is only a short drive. The beach chair service is exceptional and a big reason I chose this property. The condo is beautifully and comfortably furnished. We plan to return to this gem, and very highly recommend it to anyone interested in a fantastic experience! Thank you, Mike and Jana for allowing us to stay at your beautiful beach home!

Great Place to stay!

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner were fantastic. Our son forgot his backpack with his toys in it, when the cleaners came in to clean they found the backpack and let the owners know. Before we even make it home the owner were I touch with us and offered to mailed us the backpack. They made our son's day. The only down fall was when we got to the Cando there was a funny smell, I think it was from the cleaning supplies that they used. But after a couple of day the smell got better.

Beautiful condo, family friendly place

Mike and Jana’s condo is beautifully updated and made us feel right at home. Check-in and out was a breeze and communication with Mike and Jana was great. The condo was nice and spacious. Very clean, and nice proximity to the beach. Summerhouse is in a more “quiet” area of PCB and it was just what we wanted, very family friendly. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Perfect family location

Mike and Jana were great to work with! The condo was very clean and the views were amazing. Loved the close access to the pool and the beach! Definitely hoping to return next year!

Quiet end of the beach, family oriented, and close to everything!

Very safe for kids and beautifully maintained grounds. The smaller complex makes parking / elevators worry-free with the pool and beach so much more enjoyable compared to the big high-rise condos!
