Prior to your arrival, our maintenance team had been at the property addressing items left in need of attention following the previous reservation. We sincerely apologize that the back door was not properly secured afterward, as this is certainly not our standard. When you brought the dining chairs to our attention, we promptly contacted our maintenance team to have them inspected. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding their arrival, and we were not notified that someone would be stopping by. We completely understand your concerns about the unexpected visit and apologized as soon as we were made aware. We always strive to communicate maintenance visits with our guests in advance. We also appreciate you bringing the fire pit issue to our attention and are glad our team was able to resolve it during your stay.
