This 2-bedroom apartment in Bradenton is perfect for your escape to a tranquil and lovely retreat. With a queen bed and a full bed, guests can relax in comfort after a day of exploring. The cozy bathroom with a shower adds to the terrific experience. This newly renovated enchanting home located just three blocks from the Manatee River. This home has both front and side entries which allows for exceptional privacy from the attached main house. There is a private yard that may be utilized for BBQs or small social gatherings. The private parking space allows for up to 2 cars. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are kind. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

We enjoyed our stay here- just the right size for 2-4 people. The apartment was spotless. Convenient to Lecom Park. Owners quickly responsive to my questions. A pleasant experience!

We loved our stay. Everything looked brand new. Decorated nicely. It was only 2 miles to our son and daughter in laws apartment. The location is close to everything. We will be back!

Awesome place, quiet neighborhood.

Checkin was easy. Good internet speed. Newly updated and sparkling clean interior. VERY quiet neighborhood, seemed very safe. Friendly and responsive host. The one thing I would note is that the queen bed is very very soft and the other bed is quite firm, mentioning this as some people have different preferences, I like a firm bed so it worked out well

Just was not sure how to leave the house. Like garbage and linens. I felt that the dishes were fancy and scared they would break. Like a coffee cup to put in the car to travel with in the morning.

A few issues

Got to the property late after flying all day. Had no problem getting in, everything was clean. I went to getting the shower but the light in the shower did not work, neither did the light over the bathroom sink. I then realized the outlet on the same switch didn’t work either. So there was no way to plug in a hair dryer. I contacted the owner and she proceeded to tell me that they knew it wasn’t working for almost a month but haven’t been able to fix it. She didn’t think it was a big deal. I’m sorry but it was inconvenient to take a shower in the dark and to have to dry and curl my hair in another room. I paid for the convenience of having these things and was not given a heads up ahead of time. On Sunday we woke up with no internet. I contacted her again and she was quick to try to fix it, which I appreciate because we had no tv without it. She asked me to be there to let the technician in. I am on vacation and don’t want to be inconvenienced with waiting for a technician. She said she would have the housekeeper out to let them in. I was ok with that. However when we arrived later, the technician was still there waiting over an hour and the housekeeper never showed up. Luckily he was able to fix it without getting inside. The place was nice but I felt I paid for more than what I got and the owner acted like I had no reason to expect those things to be fixed.

In regards to the electrical problems in the bathroom, we were informed of the issues by the tenant right before you- and they said it was not a big deal- it left us with no time to send an electrician out since you were booked right after them. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are getting it taken care of. And about the internet, we sent spectrum out the same day to fix the issue and we're glad we were able to get it resolved on the same day for you. We do hope you were able to enjoy the rest of the home, and your trip! If you ever come back, we'd love to have you with all these issues fixed.

Close to good restaurants and activities like beaches. Hosts were very nice and communicated promptly. Would have been nice to have a grill but otherwise we had everything.Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were friendly. We took many walks and spent a lot of time at the beach. It was a great stay.
