This villa is a complex of two separated twin villas with 3 (three) bedrooms, and facilities with its own private tropical swimming pool overlooking the pool view and gardens. Located minutes from Seminyak’s Sunset Beach, with plenty of high fashion boutique selections, art galleries, and world-class dining venues within walking distance.

Our convenient private car parking is located at the entrance of the villa for the guests comfort. The living room provides a large sofa and in front of a large screen TV. In this area, you’ll also find an open kitchen, which is all equipped (microwave, water dispenser, fridge). A large window provide lot of light in the living room. The wooden dining table for 6 persons is perfect for sharing a good meal with family or friends. For your comfort, you will find AC in the kitchen and also in the living room.

The first bedroom is composed by a queen size bed, bedside tables, a screen TV and the air conditioning. The pretty decoration (tropical style) and the pool view will please you. A large dressing is here for all your clothes within a large mirror. The bathroom includes a sink with its mirror, shower and a bathtub.

The two other bedrooms are upstairs and have the same amenities with a queen size bed and twin beds, a wardrobe and a screen TV. The en-suite bathroom provides a sink, and shower.

* Bali is a tropical island with amazing biodiversity. You will often find house animals that may be in this place that you see every day such as lizards small mice and geckos or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes, and it's normal here and can be found everywhere on this Island. if you find those animals just inform our staff and our staff will chase away animals that are considered a nuisance.

**In case of any accidental damage in the villa, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the cost that guests will pay.
**We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In case you misplace something in the villa, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover and cleaning service.

* Please treat the villa and furniture as if you would need your own. The Villa is to be left in a condition equal to when the guests arrive. The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, or their guests. Any breakages will be charged on a replacement value.

*Help us remain green by conserving/saving energy. Please turn off the air conditioner, lights, and all other electrical appliances when you leave the villa.
