About Ariel Dunes I Unit 301:

The open living area is spacious and inviting, featuring a cozy sofa setup, one of which converts to a queen-sized bed for added flexibility. Step through sliding doors onto the balcony directly from the living room to extend your relaxation space. The dining area seats six, perfect for meals or game nights. A fully equipped kitchen with all essentials, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and Keurig allows you to prepare meals with ease. This unit also has a washer and dryer, adding convenience for extended stays.

The primary bedroom includes balcony access, a king bed, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom also features a king bed, a TV, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and balcony access. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, with access to a full hall bathroom.

Ariel Dunes offers two pools, one with a zero-entry point for all ages and another with a fun mushroom fountain. Both provide ample lounging space and are heated from October through March.

Guests enjoy access to over 2,000 feet of private sugar-white sand beach, with chair and umbrella rentals available.

Disclaimer:
Please be advised that Ariel Dunes I will have ongoing construction and maintenance from August 2026 through early 2027. Guests may experience construction noise, temporary pool or balcony closures, parking impacts, and changes to building entrances or pedestrian routes.

A metal roof replacement project is expected to begin in mid-September 2026 and last approximately 6–7 weeks, weather permitting. Work will generally take place Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. At times, only one pool may be available.

Walkway and balcony restoration is scheduled from October 2026 through early 2027. For Unit 301, the third-floor walkway will be closed February 8–19, 2027, and the unit will not be accessible during this period. The south/southeast balconies will be closed November 9–27, 2026, and the north balcony will be closed January 11–29, 2027. The unit will not have air conditioning during the north balcony closure.

Annual dryer vent cleaning is also scheduled beginning August 3, 2026, for approximately 4–6 weeks, with possible brief unit access and minor noise.
