Same time next year.....

We love this area of Marco Island. Very convenient for beaches and restaurants. It is so nice to come off the beach and enjoy a couple of hours relaxing in the pool.Very comfortable home.

The home was very clean and organized . The pool was clear . Everything needed during our stay was here. This property is walking distance to mackle Park and a few miles to the beach and grocery stores. Very quite neighborhood. We loved it! The owner was kind and generous.

Fun In Marco - Bikes Are Neglected and Should Not Be Listed

The owner/property manager was generally responsive during check-in. Property was as described and our family of 5 enjoyed staying there. Great place to get the kids to rest and some pool time.However, the property amenities were not as advertised. The listing information relative to “bikes” should be deleted. The majority of bikes were not functioning. No air in tires, no tools in the garage available to tighten loose handlebars, chains not connected, etc. We were only able to get 2 bikes running during our trip which was terribly disappointing. We expected to ride over as a family to Mackle Park. A group family ride was not an option with these neglected bikes. Furthermore, the air pump on hand was good for pool toys and basketball inflation but lacked the correct adaptor to necessary connect to a valve stem on a bike tire. The owner went radio silent when I alerted her of this. Rather than remedy the situation, she elected to ignore the matter entirely. I’m alerting others to this fact. On a trip to the Adirondacks, we once had a bear demolish a grill and that owner went above and beyond to make sure our family had a replacement grill.

Great getawat spot!

This is a lovely home - just right for our family stay. It's clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed especially for the kitchen. It's just 5 minutes away from the beach and many restaurants. And it's walking distance to the park for the kiddos. The host, Magda, is very communicative and helpful. The only issue we had was a lot of bugs in the pool which the pool service guys cleaned on our first day. But due to the time of year, they kept coming back and it was too many for us to use the pool. Other than that - a great stay.

Nice neighborhood close to Mackle park

Enjoyed the pool and home. Close to park with soccer field, basketball court, small lake, fitness activities, walking track and dog park. Although there are multiple public access paths to Marco Island beach, not much parking and lot we found was $20. No public restrooms on the beach. 1 or two more recliners by the pool would be nice, and only two beach chairs provided. But there’s a nice ledge in the pool for sitting in the sun.

Accurate and Nice

Overall the property is as pictured and as described. Magda is an excellent host which is why I rated it 5 stars. She is very easy to talk to to and was quick to respond. It was a satisfactory stay there were just a few things that did not meet what we were looking for. The noise ordinance is more serious that we expected. We have 3 younger kids 2,4 & 7 and it was hard for them to play in the pool, the neighbor did tell us to quiet down. The sand toys were very helpful for us to use at the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet which made it feel safe and we did not have any issues there. The kitchen floor could use a really good scrubbing, but other than that everything was nice and clean.
