Experience stylish urban living in this industrial loft duplex, remodeled in 2019, located in Boulevard Park/Midtown. Ideal for both work &leisure, its prime location allows easy access to top restaurants, farmers markets, &parks. The loft features custom-stained cement flooring, granite countertops, plus modern conveniences like central heating, air conditioning, &an in-unit Washer/Dryer. Well-lit patio&yard. Benefit from the fully enclosed parking space w/ a motorized gate.
This property is a duplex with two separate units, each with its own private entrance. You’ll have your own space and privacy during your stay, but since the units share one wall, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially after our quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Please, no loud music or any kind of disruptive noise to keep things peaceful for everyone. Thanks so much for your understanding!
This space would be all to yourself! The private enclosed parking space can fit one vehicle and accessed by a motorized gate. Centrally located to so much Midtown has to offer! Or if you're in town for work this is it! For hospital workers this place is 5-10 mins away from all downtown hospitals.
Newly remodeled and updated in 2019 with a large and open concept to this modern industrial loft. Enter on the first level of this loft to the living space with a large 50 in' flat screen TV, Sofa(pulls out to queen bed), dining pub table, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower stall. Upstairs you enter the open loft bedroom and you will find a plush Queen size bed, desk, standup mirror and cloathing rack. The upstairs loft bedroom is very open and large not enclosed.
This property is located on a large lot that sits uniquely behind another property and has a shared walkway to it's private entrance. Also, this place has a shared wall to it's neighboring home. And because of this lot layout it makes this unit VERY private!

Cleaning Expectations & Fee Transparency
In accordance with the new California short-term rental law (AB 2202), we want to be fully transparent about cleaning responsibilities and fees. We aim to provide a clean, comfortable space for every guest. Our standard cleaning fee covers routine turnover services, including laundry, sanitizing surfaces, and general tidying up.
To help us maintain this standard and avoid additional fees, we kindly ask guests to:
1. Take out all trash and place it in the designated bins
2. Load and run the dishwasher (or hand wash used dishes)
3. Leave used towels in the bathroom or laundry basket
4. (Optional) Strip used beds and leave linens in one place.
5. Report any accidental spills or damages right away.
Extra Cleaning Fees May Apply If:
Sometimes, extra cleaning is required after a stay. To be fully transparent, here are examples of situations where an additional fee may apply:
Excessive trash or mess left throughout property -- $150–$350
Unwashed dishes or cookware left out -- $15–$30
Extremely dirty or stained sheets/towels -- $25–$75 per bedroom
Bleaching required for linens/mattresses -- $50–$100
Carpet/furniture stains -- $50–$150
Biohazard cleanup (e.g., vomit, bodily fluids) -- $100–$250
Unapproved pet messes or excessive hair -- $75–$150
Strong lingering odors (smoke, etc.) -- $550-1000
Outdoor areas left dirty (trash, BBQ mess, etc.) -- $25–$75
We only apply these fees when necessary and always document them with photos and cleaner invoices, if applicable. Thanks for helping us keep our place in great shape for you and future guests!
Waste Disposal - An Airhoster Staff will pull out the garbage cans starting late evening Sunday till Monday morning so that the city waste management team can empty them. Our staff will then return those cans back to the property
