Coffee Bar
Keurig and drip coffee makers, premium teas, creamers, and all the essentials for an easy start to your day.

Owner Storage
Two small closets (one in the primary bedroom and one in the hallway) are reserved for owner use. All other storage is available for guests, with plenty of room to unpack.

The dining and living areas offer seating for up to 10, perfect for shared meals or game nights. As in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Outdoor Living & Amenities
Enjoy easy outdoor living with two private balconies, one-off the living area for shared time and one off the primary suite for quiet mornings overlooking the lake. Guests also have access to the community pool and on-site tennis and pickleball courts (please bring your own equipment)
For beach das, a fully stocked beach wagon is provided with chairs, towels, boards, and sand/pool toys. Indoor games are available for rainy days.

This is a privately owned and managed condo in a quiet, family-friendly community. It’s a residential setting, not a hotel. The primary guest must be 25 or older, per Sugar Beach Association rules. No pets, parties, or smoking are permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. An electronic rental agreement is required before arrival.

We know travel comes with enough to manage. To make your stay easier, we provide a few thoughtful essentials so you don’t have to bring or buy them during your time with us.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are stocked, along with a coffee bar for easy mornings. Guests also have access to a fully stocked beach wagon with chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and toys.
