I have since addressed the issues stated in this review. I was able to communicate with my cleaners and have also been to the property myself to review the issues. The shower curtain has since been cleaned and there is no black mold in the bathroom. There is not black mold in front of the house it is a White House and does need to be power washed. The window in the bathroom has also been thoroughly cleaned. The outside of the property grass has been cut and there aren’t any metal pieces impeding parking in the driveway. Trash in bins outside is taken out and was piled up due to multiple turnovers in another unit, but has been addressed. I have also updated the shower head and replaced the knobs in the bathroom. The drawer that was “ broken” in the kitchen was a false drawer that was pulled out and broken not a drawer for actual use, but has been fixed as well. Bath towels have also been replaced. All dim lights in the unit have been replaced. I also could not offer the guest an early check in because of a same day turnover. This guest also left this review due to me now offering a refund because they waiting until after their stay was over to let me know they were having issues with the property. I would have quickly fixed all issues if notified during their stay. Thank you for letting me know of your observations so that I could fix the issues as well as create a more comfortable stay for future guests.
