Aloha! Wir sind stolz darauf, ein sauberes, komfortables und dennoch preisgünstiges Gebäude mit einfachem Zugang zum Erdgeschoss und Eigentumswohnung 6-150 im Kihei Kai Nani zu unterhalten, und laden unsere Gäste zu demselben Komfort und Vergnügen in einer großartigen Lage in Maui ein.

Als unser Gast ist es unser Ziel, in diesem Erdgeschoss mit einem Schlafzimmer in der Nähe des großen Swimmingpools, des Grillplatzes und der Wäscherei alles unterhaltsam und unvergesslich zu machen. Auf der anderen Straßenseite und nur wenige Schritte vom wunderschönen Kamaole Beach Park II entfernt, der sich perfekt zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln eignet. Ein großartiger Strand für Kinder.

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um Ihr Lieblingsgericht zu kochen, Ihr Lieblingsgetränk zu mixen oder einfach Ihre Morgenkaffeemischung auf der Veranda zu genießen. Es gibt auch eine zusätzliche Küche Speisekammer zur Aufbewahrung von Lebensmitteln. Es gibt ein Vollbad mit Badewanne, ein komfortables Schlafzimmer mit neuem Queensize-Bett, Fernseher, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer sowie Highspeed-Internet, Kabelfernsehen mit Aufrüstung, WLAN und kostenlose Telefongespräche mit Ferngesprächen in über 60 Länder und Anrufe empfangen. Es gibt auch ein öffentliches WLAN zur Nutzung am Pool oder in den öffentlichen Bereichen.

Im Schrank finden Sie Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Kühlschränke, Boogie-Boards, Strandtücher, Spielzeug und Schnorchelausrüstung. 2 Minuten zu Fuß über die Straße zum Strand!

Great location and easy check-in

The host communicated well before our arrival and the property was very clean upon our arrival. The location is at the heart of Kihei and easy access to beach and restaurants. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here.

We found a new place to stay in Kihei

We only had five nights at KKN, but really enjoyed the property and this condo. Loved the first floor convenience and easy access to the pool area. We hope to return again someday.

Great place to stay in Kihei!

Awesome condo for our 1-week vacation in Maui! Great location right across the street from the beach and plenty of good restaurants and shops around. Well stocked with everything we needed to cook and rest. DiAnne was also really responsive :)

Perfect getaway!

My partner and I loved this amazing spot in Kihei! Hosts were so helpful with tips for exploring the island and quick to reply. Place was spotless, bed was comfortable, AC was beyond great to have! Great place tucked away but quick walk to amazing beach and fun local stores and artisan! Will definitely be back!!

Simple lodging, well priced, great location!

Thank you, DiAnne, for the comforts of home! It was exactly what we needed…a good kitchen, a place to sleep and a great location. The bed was a bit soft for hubby, but the extra foam in the closet gave him an alternative. We love Kehei Kai Nani!

We love the Kihei Kai Nani! Our unit was perfect. Very well equipped, neat and clean and perfect location to the pool. The owners provided great instructions and everything went smoothly for check in. We will be definitely back! The beach is beautiful and the snorkeling was great.

The perfect location across from Kam II. The rental had everything we needed, chairs, cooler, umbrella and more. Exactly as described. Quiet location within the complex and great communication from DiAnne. Will definitely be back!

Best condo at KKN

Stayed at DiAnne’s unit at KKN and it is by far the best unit on the compound! Location is directly in the middle of everything in Kihei and close to the pool. Incredibly clean and homey. The unit has everything you need for beach trips and a fully stocked kitchen! Will return again and until then I’ll be dreaming of the nights reading on the lanai!

The unit had everything we needed. It was also quiet at night because it is not down by the street. Also there was plenty of parking spaces near the unit. I am sure we will be back in the future.

PERFECT CONDO

This Condo was perfect for our stay in Maui. It is close to the beach, food and shops. The condo itself was stocked with everything you need. It was the little things that surprised me like baggies, super glue, tape and a cooler. These all came in handy for us! Bed was comfortable. We did not use the pull out bed so can not speak on that. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the owners are very responsive. We would stay here again. I hope to be back.

Awesome Maui Condo!

From the moment of my first contact with DiAnne and Brad to the last time we touched base the process was effortless and phenomenal. DiAnne and Brad's condo is well kept, clean and very comfortable. The amenities provided were unbelievable! All we had to worry about was bringing ourselves and our clothes, literally! The proximity to the beach was spectacular with an easy two minute stroll up the parking lot. The staff at the Kihei Kai Nan were warm and friendly. Overall this property and its owners exceeded my expectations and provided the perfect Maui experience. Thank you so much DiAnne and Brad!

Tropical Home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and our time at DiAnne and Brad's condo. Every single thing you could think of needing was there! It truly felt like home. DiAnne is quick to respond and checked in with us to make sure we had settled in. Great suggestions as to what to check out too! Perfect location, steps away from the pool and a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. We saw whales breaching off of the beach and even a dolphin jumping along! 🐬You must try the cinnamon bakery in the shopping mall behind. Sooooo good! Would not hesitate to come back and spend our time in Maui here again. Thank you so much for sharing your home and little slice of heaven ❤

This condo was perfect for us. Clean, all appliances and electronics function well, plenty of cookware and right across the street from a nice beach. The host, DeAnne was very kind and she is diligent with correspondence should you have any questions.

What a beautiful place to stay!

Our condo was amazing! It had everything we needed. From cooking swimming and beach going. It was located close to the pool laundry room and office. A short walk to amazing food and the beach! I will staying here again!!

We live in Northern California (Sonoma). DiAnne Durossette and Brad Danford have gone to Maui for over 26 years. We have always dreamed about owning a place of our own and for our family. One of our daughters moved to Maui ( I guess it was all the times we went on vacation there🤩). We finally took the big step and decided to purchase this condo in September 2016.
We believe in living Pono. That's living Aloha. One of the best things about Maui is the culture, relaxation, and tranquility. From the beautiful weather to the friendly people, every part of the Hawaiian culture promotes a stress-free lifestyle while keeping the Aloha spirit.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We decided on the Kihei Kai Nani for many reasons. Kihei has so many amazing people, some of the best beaches right across the street, beautiful and amazing staff that take care of the property as if it was their own. The pool is one of the largest. We have many restaurants, stores, shops all within walking distance. Kihei is just wonderful to us, and we feel most comfortable when we are there, feels like home!

We love to walk to the beach right across the street first thing in the morning, right before the sun comes out, and make our footprints in the sand, and watch the turtles.
We love the mid-afternoon when trade winds pick up. It is so cool and relaxing.
We love watching the most beautiful sunsets from the lanai or steps away to a beautiful beach, lying back in the soft sand, taking a moment of clarity of the beautiful colors of the night sky.
Everything is close by and within walking distance, and the pool and ocean are steps away! The unit is on the ground floor, making it easier to access.

Non-smoking unit, this includes the lanai and entryway. There are two designated smoking areas. However, the common areas (office, pool, etc.) are also non-smoking. Please respect our home and our neighbors by smoking in the designated areas only.
