Aloha! Wir sind stolz darauf, ein sauberes, komfortables und dennoch preisgĂŒnstiges GebĂ€ude mit einfachem Zugang zum Erdgeschoss und Eigentumswohnung 6-150 im Kihei Kai Nani zu unterhalten, und laden unsere GĂ€ste zu demselben Komfort und VergnĂŒgen in einer großartigen Lage in Maui ein.

Als unser Gast ist es unser Ziel, in diesem Erdgeschoss mit einem Schlafzimmer in der NĂ€he des großen Swimmingpools, des Grillplatzes und der WĂ€scherei alles unterhaltsam und unvergesslich zu machen. Auf der anderen Straßenseite und nur wenige Schritte vom wunderschönen Kamaole Beach Park II entfernt, der sich perfekt zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln eignet. Ein großartiger Strand fĂŒr Kinder.

Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um Ihr Lieblingsgericht zu kochen, Ihr LieblingsgetrĂ€nk zu mixen oder einfach Ihre Morgenkaffeemischung auf der Veranda zu genießen. Es gibt auch eine zusĂ€tzliche KĂŒche Speisekammer zur Aufbewahrung von Lebensmitteln. Best condo at KKN

Stayed at DiAnne’s unit at KKN and it is by far the best unit on the compound! Location is directly in the middle of everything in Kihei and close to the pool. Incredibly clean and homey. The unit has everything you need for beach trips and a fully stocked kitchen! Will return again and until then I’ll be dreaming of the nights reading on the lanai!

Tropical Home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and our time at DiAnne and Brad's condo. Every single thing you could think of needing was there! It truly felt like home. DiAnne is quick to respond and checked in with us to make sure we had settled in. Great suggestions as to what to check out too! Perfect location, steps away from the pool and a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. We saw whales breaching off of the beach and even a dolphin jumping along! 🐬You must try the cinnamon bakery in the shopping mall behind. Sooooo good! Would not hesitate to come back and spend our time in Maui here again. Thank you so much for sharing your home and little slice of heaven ❀

Awesome Maui Condo!

From the moment of my first contact with DiAnne and Brad to the last time we touched base the process was effortless and phenomenal. DiAnne and Brad's condo is well kept, clean and very comfortable. The amenities provided were unbelievable! All we had to worry about was bringing ourselves and our clothes, literally! The proximity to the beach was spectacular with an easy two minute stroll up the parking lot. The staff at the Kihei Kai Nan were warm and friendly. Overall this property and its owners exceeded my expectations and provided the perfect Maui experience. Thank you so much DiAnne and Brad!

PERFECT CONDO

This Condo was perfect for our stay in Maui. It is close to the beach, food and shops. The condo itself was stocked with everything you need. It was the little things that surprised me like baggies, super glue, tape and a cooler. These all came in handy for us! Bed was comfortable. We did not use the pull out bed so can not speak on that. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the owners are very responsive. We would stay here again. I hope to be back.

Great host, great location, some things to know.

DiAnne is a great host, communicating often and going above and beyond answering questions I had about rental cars and local restaurants. Their place is cozy and well appointed, and very well equipped, including beach gear. All instructions were very clear. The location in Kihei is great, with a nice beach literally just across the street. Their 1st floor unit is very near the large but unheated pool. There were lots of people staying in the complex if you like company, but overall pretty quiet, especially in the evening and at night. The unit is cooled by a window AC in the living room and a standalone unit in the bedroom (vents to the outside). Both are quite loud. We didn't feel we could run the bedroom unit while we were sleeping, and one workaround (leaving the windows open) would have worked except for the local rooster announcing his presence at 4am! We were thankful for the ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, and screens on the front door and back patio window meant we could enjoy the fresh air in the cooler evenings.

The Owners were amazing. DiAnne is an excellent host, we will absolutely be back. Her condo is well stocked, we travelled with a large group and some did not have the use of beach chair’s, umbrellas, coolers, towels etc. DiAnne supplied everything. Great cozy comfortable place to stay in Kihei

A really nice place, clean and well maintained with nice touches by the hosts. Easy stroll to the beach and also perfectly located with nearby restaurants and stores. I couldn’t be more pleased with my stay here! The location is great. The complex is safe, clean and friendly. And the condo itself is super adorable! Very comfortable and homey with everything you need to feel welcome. Communication with the property owner was also great! Very prompt and helpful, and made you feel welcome and up to date every step of the way. They were engaged and thorough with everything you needed to know which made it super easy to show up and enjoy the stay! Again, I couldn’t be happier with my choice to stay here, and I can’t recommend this property anymore highly!

We live in Northern California (Sonoma). DiAnne Durossette and Brad Danford have gone to Maui for over 26 years. We have always dreamed about owning a place of our own and for our family. One of our daughters moved to Maui ( I guess it was all the times we went on vacation theređŸ€©). We finally took the big step and decided to purchase this condo in September 2016.
We believe in living Pono. That's living Aloha. One of the best things about Maui is the culture, relaxation, and tranquility. From the beautiful weather to the friendly people, every part of the Hawaiian culture promotes a stress-free lifestyle while keeping the Aloha spirit.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We decided on the Kihei Kai Nani for many reasons. Kihei has so many amazing people, some of the best beaches right across the street, beautiful and amazing staff that take care of the property as if it was their own. The pool is one of the largest. We have many restaurants, stores, shops all within walking distance. Kihei is just wonderful to us, and we feel most comfortable when we are there, feels like home!

We love to walk to the beach right across the street first thing in the morning, right before the sun comes out, and make our footprints in the sand, and watch the turtles.
We love the mid-afternoon when trade winds pick up. It is so cool and relaxing.
We love watching the most beautiful sunsets from the lanai or steps away to a beautiful beach, lying back in the soft sand, taking a moment of clarity of the beautiful colors of the night sky.
Everything is close by and within walking distance, and the pool and ocean are steps away! The unit is on the ground floor, making it easier to access.

Non-smoking unit, this includes the lanai and entryway. There are two designated smoking areas. However, the common areas (office, pool, etc.) are also non-smoking. Please respect our home and our neighbors by smoking in the designated areas only.
