This cozy one-bedroom unit combines rustic charm with modern comforts, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle.

Inside, the inviting living room features a regular sofa and an electric fireplace, perfect for unwinding.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including an induction stove, microwave, and fridge with a small freezer compartment.

You`ll also find pots, pans, cooking utensils, and basic condiments like salt, pepper, and cooking oil.

A drip coffee maker with filters, creamer, and coffee is provided to kickstart your mornings.

For dining, there`s a unique live-edge wooden counter set up as a breakfast bar with two chairs, creating a cozy spot for meals. You can also enjoy the fresh air on the balcony, where a small table and chairs await.

The bedroom is designed for restful nights with a comfortable queen-size bed, soft lighting, and tasteful decor. The bathroom adds a touch of luxury with a standalone soaking tub and rain shower.

Outside, guests can make the most of the spacious deck and scenic views. A fire pit is available for cozy evenings under the stars, with firewood provided (please note the indoor firewood is decorative).

This retreat has been tailored for a quiet, intimate stay with a maximum of 2 guests. Please note that WiFi is not available, but strong cell signal from a nearby T-Mobile tower ensures you stay connected if needed. For your convenience, there is a parking spot right outside the property’s fence.

The unit doesn`t have a TV, but is not needed wich such amazing views.

This rustic escape provides everything you need to relax and recharge in nature, without the distractions of modern technology. Perfect for a quiet, restorative stay.

As our guests, you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment via a private entrance. This includes the full use of the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and outdoor sitting area. The farm`s serene surroundings are also yours to explore and enjoy. However, we kindly request that you respect the animals in their natural habitat. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please contact me prior to your arrival. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities, and we strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Weather-wise, our region experiences seasonal variations, with warm summers and cold, often snowy, winters. We recommend checking the local forecast before your arrival and packing accordingly. Despite being nestled in a rural setting, we`re just a short drive away from local attractions and amenities, offering the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. Your understanding and respect for the rural environment and its inhabitants are greatly appreciated.
Booking Policies - Please Read & Confirm:

By continuing with your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

- ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out ends at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at a fee of $50/hour (early) or $100/half-hour (late). Please request in advance.

- TOILETRIES:
Due to insurance guidelines and guest skin sensitivities, we do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or personal skin-care products. Please bring your own.

- BBQ GRILL:
We provide a charcoal grill, please bring your own charcoal.
Grills are removed December 1–April 15 for winter safety.

- FIRE PIT:
Firewood is provided; please bring your own lighter or flint, the indoor firewood located in the living room is only for decoration, do not use it for firewood.

- FARM ENVIRONMENT:
This is a working farm. Expect natural sounds including roosters and cattle. Please be mindful of surrounding animals and avoid loud noises that may disturb them.

- HOUSE RULES:
1) No smoking of any kind indoors or on the property. ($500 fine for odor removal)

2) Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Noise complaints may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or removal without refund.

3) Maximum occupancy is 2 registered guests. No additional visitors. Third-party bookings are not permitted.

4) Service animals only. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed. Valid documentation that can be verified is required for service animals.

5) Keep the property tidy. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.

6) ID & guest names required for all reservations at check-in.

7) Use designated parking areas only. Do not block driveways or access points.

8) Turn off lights, appliances, and the heater when leaving or not in use.

9) Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
