Indoors you'll find a generous open floor plan with a massive farmhouse kitchen, pellet woodstove, and gas fireplace. Upstairs the primary suite is a private escape with an electric fireplace, private balcony, and massive ensuite with jetted soaker tub.

You'll have multiple deck levels and covered front porch to enjoy the mountain breezes, sunsets, and stars here in the Catskills. The back deck includes a gas grill, griddle,  and table seating for 6. Additionally there is an outdoor bar area that is great for those summer barbeques. There is also a fire ring in the backyard.

Main Level:

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, Television, Dresser

Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 share a bathroom with shower on the main level.

Upper Level:

Bedroom 4: King Bed, Pack and Play Crib, Dresser, Closet, Private Balcony

All spaces on the upper level share a bathroom w/ double vanity, jetted soaker tub, and shower.

Total Beds In Home: 1 King, 3 Queens.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property including back and front yards.

The Neighborhood:

Harris is conveniently located in the center of Sullivan County between Monticello and Liberty. You'll feel removed from the city, but still within 10 minutes of groceries and things to do. The neighborhood is a mix of seasonal homes and year round residents. Hiking, boating, and winter sports are all nearby on the variety of trails and lakes.

Getting Around:

We recommend having car for your stay. Taxis are available, but ride sharing services are more sparse. Rental car services are available in Monticello. Shortline provides service between the city and Monticello as well.

The Middletown Metro North Stations is approximately 45 minutes drive from the house. The trip from NY Penn Station to Middletown is about 2 hours. Train/bus access is great if you have members of your group who need to arrive/depart at different times.

Things To Know:

You will be required to sign a rental agreement after the booking is confirmed. Full terms of the agreement are available on request. Additionally, you will be required to upload an approved government identification card or passport when you complete the rental agreement. If you have questions about either of these requirements please message us prior to booking.

Fees may apply for early check-ins, late check-outs, and additional optional services.

There is a secured chicken coop on the property. The birds can not exit the coop area.

Up to two dogs may stay at the property. The first dog is includes in the nightly rate. The second dog incurs a $25/night fee.
