Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
The house is great for large families and/or friends travelling together. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and dinnerware, if a little disorganized. I think it could do with less stuff, but we had everything we needed. There was a small supply of coffee, sugar, and a lot of spices. The fridge was clean, empty and odor free. The dishwasher was great and worked fine. The doorway to the downstairs bathroom is very low and narrow, I had to help my mom into the bathroom, since she uses a walker and it wouldnt fit in the little entry to the bathroom, so I woudnt say the house is suitable for those with limited mobility. The shower worked fine, it was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, but there were no wash cloths, and only 1 towel per person for a week stay, and they were old towels. The bedrooms were all fine, each had their own window a/c unit, although the beds were a bit firm for us. And one of the bedrooms had sheets that were too small for the bed. The upstairs suite was very nice and the washer/dryer was newer and was very convenient. They list an iron and ironing board in the amenities, which we needed, but was missing from the house. When I communicated this to the host, they informed me that they let the "local team" know but never provided one. All in all the house was comfortable and conveniently located near shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc. In my opinion, they just need a few tweaks to make it great.
