HIDDEN SPACIOUS 4-bdr RETREAT FOR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS!

First time on vacation rental market! Be the first one (or 10) to enjoy it and love it for vacations to come. Hidden in the pines over the hill but close to everything you need to feel you are on vacation here (restaurants, antiques shopping, parks/hiking trails, lakes, Sunrise ski resort...Google is the great resource). Our spacious house offers something for everyone. And when we say for everyone, we mean 10 of you who are here to relax and have fun.

This 3,000 sq.ft comfort and fun-filled house is seated on 1.5 acres of pine, oak and juniper trees with plenty of parking for 4+ cars and in-ground fire pit for s'mores enjoyment at night. 40+ feet long deck invites you to get outside to admire peacefulness and beauty of nature with cup of coffee (tea) in the morning and glass of wine when you feel like it (after all it is your vacation). Large 2-story windows spanning from the main level to the rooftop provide you with forest views making you forget that you are in the center of the city with population of 11,000+ and 6,300+ feel above sea level.

This retreat is great for a large family gathering and catching-up with friends as it offers plenty of entertainment options, space to relax and privacy if needed. It has: 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms; open concept fully equipped kitchen with large dining table; sitting area to read a book and/or a friendly chat with a few; loft area with over-sized couch, large TV, Xbox station, multitude of board games and over 200 movies; lower level gameroom with even larger TV, fuzzball table, pong table, X-Large Connect-4 game, piano keyboard, wooden train station, plenty of sitting arrangements and toys. House is also equipped with Starlink internet for your entertainment and/or sadly work needs. Laundry area, pantry and loft office space/room are here to ease your stay. Now that you got your vacation house check list filled, let quickly go through the house plan flow:
- As you enter the house, you are on the main level with open-concept kitchen, dining area, sitting area, pantry, laundry, full bathroom, primary bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom, second bedroom with twin-size bunk bed and small TV.
- Large open staircase from the main level leads you up to the loft area with welcoming L-shaped over-sized couch that offers two side recliners and pullout full/queen-sized bed, large TV, many movies and games, separate hidden office room with desk, monitor, keyboard and office chair. Office space is against the roof so please do not bunk your head.
- Second set of stairs on the main level takes you to downstairs with private exit/entrance door to/from outside, spacious and fun gameroom with large TV, third bedroom with queen-size bed and TV, fourth bedroom with king-size bed, third full bathroom.

Deck furniture is in the storage room off kitchen/dining area (through double doors)

Note that the property is off the dirt road which is bumpy, so driving slowly is highly recommended.

A few rules:

1. No smoking inside the house. Outside is OK but make sure that cigarettes are fully extinguished when you done! We would appreciate if you collected all cigarette buds in one place.
2. Pets are not allowed. We love them but they can be very sneaky and anxious in new place.
3. Please do not play with wall decor as some are very precious and rare.
4.If using in-ground fire pit, please make sure that the house windows and doors are closed and fire is out before leaving the area.
5. Have a lot of fun and stay safe!

For safety and security purposes property has 3 active cameras (excluding Ring doorbell and disconnected camera overlooking kitchen and dining areas):
1. On the side of the house facing east side of garage
2. By the door under the deck
3. On the tree overlooking the fire pit

Location/address and additional information on how to get to the property will be provided when there is a rental commit and the house access code will be shared ~72h prior to Check-in.
