Mandatory Resort Fee: $35 per night + 13% tax ($39.95 total x day) (paid directly to the building upon check-in). Covers Wi-Fi, pool towels, gym access, and more.
Optional Valet Parking: $75 per night (not included in the price). (There are plenty of other options around the area at a lower cost.)
Pack ‘n Play/Travel Crib: Available upon request for $25.
Optional Spa Services: Day fee starting at $50/day or with service purchase.
Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 4 guests.
Security Deposit: A refundable deposit may be required for damages or missing items.

This unit is privately managed by Hey Miami and is not part of the hotel’s official program. Guests must:
Register at the front desk before check-in.
Sign the condominium’s rules and regulations form.
Pay the $39.95 per day resort fee.
Provide a valid ID at check-in.

No Smoking: A $500 fine applies if smoking is detected.
Quiet Hours: Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
Additional Cleaning: The cleaning fee covers mandatory final cleaning only. Mid-stay cleaning available upon request (additional fees apply).
