In the Donner Summit area, the weather can be fairly unpredictable. We do have contracted snow removal services, but cannot always guarantee the timing of their arrival. Please bear with us if a storm hits! If you want to make it to first chair, we will have shovels available.

Other things to note:
The parking area can only accommodate 2 cars in the winter. Cars parked in the street may be ticketed or towed, so please plan accordingly.

As coffee enthusiasts, we also offer our guests to use a rare Orphan Espresso Apex manual grinder during their stay (if they want to!). We also offer a more typical burr grinder, along with pour over and drip coffee options.

The train runs near our neighborhood (without much snow you can see it from the deck!) so we do provide white noise machines to help those light sleepers.

We do have a doorbell camera which captures video only.
