The outdoor living room has a waterfall, heated pool, and spa, a built-in BBQ area & grass yard along the side of the house. 1-mile to Sunset Blvd, near the best restaurants & shops! Best Location!!

With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Views from the main bedroom. The main bathroom features a jetted bathtub, shower, and bidet for added comfort. Whether you're looking to unwind in the tranquil surroundings or explore the city, this soothing retreat is the perfect home base for your stay in Los Angeles. We have the house professionally cleaned & we provide new linens (sheets/ towels) for our guest.

Guest will be required to sign the owner's rental agreement and provide copy of photo ID prior to check-in. Utilities are paid separately by the guest. A copy of the utility bills will be provided to guest to be paid separately or the amount will be deducted from the security deposit prior to its return.
