Unsere 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Wohnung in Midtown befindet sich im Herzen von Anchorage. Es ist nur 10 Minuten vom Flughafen und der Innenstadt entfernt. 35 Meilen nach Girdwood Skifahren! Diese Lage ermöglicht einen schnellen und einfachen Zugang zum Seward Hwy, der dem Turnagain Arm folgt und als eine der landschaftlich schönsten Straßen der Welt gilt. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sie können auch die Wander- und Radwege entlang des nur 500 m von der Unterkunft entfernten Campbell Creek nutzen. Alaska ist bekannt als die Natur. Also raus da !! Lassen Sie dies Ihre Heimatbasis für die Erkundung von Anchorage und darüber hinaus sein, während Sie in The Last Frontier sind. Very clean, comfortable beds and well outfitted kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay. Our only thought was that it would have been good for us to know that it was a 3rd floor walk-up. A little difficult for those of us in our 70’s with heavy suitcases!

Our flights arrived late (11p) so it was nice to make the short drive from the airport to a clean apartment to launch our Alaska vacation. I would note, this is a 3rd story walk up and there is a bit of street noise, but it is priced accordingly. On a positive note, the kitchen is nice and the bike trail is just a few blocks away.

Would for sure stay here again

We had a great vacation staying in this condo. The owners really have thought of everything. The place was stocked with clean towels, a few different hygiene items, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and they even had table top fans you could use if it got too warm. They also had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers and hand soap at all sinks. The parking lot could get a little full but we always found a spot and felt safe staying here. There are also tv’s in both bedrooms. I will keep this place in mind for my next visit!

Nice Condo and location

Communication with owners was very good. Very quick response time to questions. Condo was good shape. Had everything we needed. Only thing we did not know is it was 2 1/2 flights of stairs. We just came off a 10 day cruise and had a lot of luggage to haul up the steps to the Condo.

The condo was so well appointed. It had a table for four, large, comfy couch, dishwasher, a five cup coffee maker, and two very comfortable beds. The hosts supplied very well organized everyday needs such as detergent, towels, and a great little washer and dryer. The setting is so picturesque with woods behind it and a little balcony off the living room. It was homey and roomy enough for the 4 of us. The one and only caveat is, if you have difficulty with stairs it is located on the 3rd floor. We totally enjoyed our 4 nights there (it’s about 15 minutes from most places in Anchorage). Thank you to such considerate hosts for making our stay in Anchorage so comfortable!

A good place to stay overall. Took points off for cleanliness because while the carpet was clean overall the edges were bark as it's very hard to clean all the way to the edge. It appears as if it's time for new carpet. The rest of the pace was spotless.There is a board on the walkway up to the entrance that is slicking up a little causing a tripping hazard. And just like all Verbo and AB&B there is never a rack provided for a suitcase.

Comfortable stay

It's not fancy, but has everything you need, including shampoo and conditioner. Having 2 bathrooms was great. It would be nice to have a later check-out (11), but the owner was gracious when I ran over. No regrets staying here.

Nice location

This was a good spot. Yeah, you are going to hear planes from time to time, but it's no big deal. The place was clean. I had everything I needed. Good location for everything I needed to do. You're right around the corner from Cynosure brewing, and there's often a food truck there as well. Easy to communicate back and forth with the owner. I was really happy when they let me check in early after a no sleep redeye the night before. Wifi worked great. Nice little spot.

I was born and raised in Alaska and my wife and I met in Anchorage. Alaska will always be home to us and we love opening up our home so that others can be more comfortable while experiencing the Alaska we love!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

This property is central to it all! Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown and the airport. Walking distance to the Campbell Creek trail system and numerous restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. I used to live at the property and I truly miss all the convenience that this location has to offer. That said this feels like a home and a great quiet place to unwind after a busy day of exploring.
