Location, location, location. This apartment is located on one of the best, tree-lined streets in Chelsea. Custom finishes, luxe quality, walking distance to 100 bars restaurants, galleries and shops. You will be a three minute walk from any subway, as well as adjacent neighborhoods of Gramercy Park, Meatpacking district, the West Village, and the Highline, among many other sites and landmarks. There are two separate working spaces, speedy Wi-Fi, smart TVs, custom build-ins and a well stocked chef’s kitchen. It is one of the quietest apartments I have ever lived in New York. The bedroom overlooks, trees, and a Zen garden.
Located in a 1910 brick architectural, brownstone, this is a floor through apartment, which extends the length of the building. There is a working fireplace in the living room and an industrial sized washer and dryer. There is ample storage space.

Hi, I’m Paddington, (like the bear) your host. That’s a nickname, but people actually call me that. I live part time in New York City, Palm Springs, California, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and Mexico City. When I’m not in any of those places, I’m traveling. Because I travel so often, I know how important it is for your travel experience just stay in a nice place, with a communicative, easy going, friendly host. That’s the experience that I wish to afford my guests. I love this apartment. It’s my favorite in New York. I have almost 300 views, five star, under another platform so in my experience, my guess thoroughly enjoy their stay in my Chelsea pad, and I’m sure you will too.

I’ve lived all over Manhattan, and Chelsea is my favorite neighborhood. It’s ideally located to restaurants, bars, shops, boutique everything, the Highline, the meatpacking district , Koreatown (31st St between sixth Avenue and fifth Avenue – it’s like a trip to Seoul) Gramercy Park and Greenwich Village. The subway, both the ACE, and the 1 and 9 trains, are a three minute walk from your apartment.

It’s remarkably quiet (Shh!) the bedroom, overlooks greenspace, and the backyard faces another backyard. This is a rare occurrence in New York City!
