Situated near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and conveniently located near Dollywood, this location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, hikers and thrill-seekers. Pigeon Forge offers theaters, shopping, and an array of attractions. You can spend the day our or just lounge by one of the two Resort Pools, which open up on Memorial Day.

*The hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each stay. Please allow a few hours to fully heat up.

*$75 pet fee per pet- limit 2 pets

*Depending on the booking platform, cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee.

*No early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Year’s Day

*Late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance, or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

Dog Behavior & Liability

Guests are fully responsible for the behavior of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression toward neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited.

Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.

Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
