This ranch-style home offers many places to relax, eat, work or play. Cozy up by the gas fireplace with a beautiful marble rock surround and a large marble hearth. Your furry family member is welcome to stay and has a fenced yard to play in!

Two large Queen bedrooms with 12` memory foam mattress, and deluxe cotton triple sheet bedding that share a full bathroom. One bedroom has a walk-in closet.

Family Room - all new furnishings, 55` TV w/Samsung+ for streaming, and sliding doors to access the back patio and fenced yard.

Living Room - cozy up for a game of chess or checkers by the gas fireplace and beautiful marble surround, or play a tune on our baby grand piano!

Separate Dining Room with large table, great for formal or casual dining.

Breakfast nook off the kitchen with seating for 4 and a beautiful view of the mountains!

Pet Friendly - fenced-in yard to keep dogs secure with plenty of shade and room to play

Guests have access to all areas of the home except the basement and garage.

We invite you to enjoy this beautiful home and surrounding property, but we are nearby should you need anything! Please note, only registered guests are allowed unless previously arranged.

There are many beautiful neighborhoods nearby and just down the road are multiple shopping centers with big box stores and restaurants to suit any taste.

Please be aware we utilize 24/7 video surveillance that records all who enter the property.
Minimum age to book is 25 and that person must also be staying in the home.

There is a pet fee of $100 per dog, per stay, max of 2 dogs allowed. No cats.

Please keep pups off of furniture and beds and do not use our linens for pets, or wash our linens with your dog linens. We kindly request you launder dog linens off-site.

Dogs should be on leash while outside the home, in parking area, or on the road.

Be sure to clean up after your pup. Poop bags are provided in the kitchen and a trash can to discard the waste is located off of the side porch. There is an additional fee of $150 if pet waste is left behind.

At the time of booking, the full names and ages of each guest is required. Only registered guests allowed on premises unless approved by the host.

Absolutely no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed in the house, porch or patio area.

No candle burning or open flame of any kind in the house. Please do not use the gas fireplace.

We require a mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 21 days at no cost to you. Laundry is not included, but can be included for an additional $100.

There is 24/7 video surveillance of the driveway and front door.

Please note: Because of the age of the home, there are light switches (looped) throughout the home that may not work. It will not affect your stay - all the necessary lights are operable. Please promptly let us know of anything that is not working correctly and/or affecting your stay! We appreciate your gentle care of our home and understanding of its minor quirks!
