• You will have access to the driveway (2 assigned parking spots) and the entire 2nd + 3rd floor of this 2 family home (duplex).

• Laundry is located on the 3rd floor. The in-unit washer and dryer (2-in-1 combo machine) allows you to do a full cycle of laundry in 2 hours!

• You will have access to the private roof deck through the 2nd floor.

• The backyard is available for everyone to enjoy.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
» This is a 2nd + 3rd floor apartment of a small multifamily family home (duplex). There is 1 apartment underneath that is occupied by the owner and no apartment above.

» Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed indoors and is strictly enforced. Please review house rules at the bottom of the page!
